It...*gasp*...it works! No, really!
Okay, so it's only a few seconds of footage. The intro, and then one quick scene intro-ing the character...but it works. Hey, it's a first for me. I figured it would be a lot tougher than this, but so far the worst of it is simply sifting through a hundred anime episodes' worth of clips searching for everything with one of two characters in it, and sorting them into seperate files.
Most useful clip so far: a .bmp file aptly named "Filler," which consists of a black screen with the word "Filler" in white on it. Kind of nice to be able to work around stuff I don't have sorted yet. :) It'll be replaced once I've got more of Fluffy.
Right then. Just my random joy of the night, which caused me to dart into the computer lab and log my celebration with the rest of the world. Hopefully this thing'll be operational soon!

Hmm...guess I'd better put in an entry this evening...er, morning...er, whatever.
Nothing much AMV related...getting a lot of clips sorted, but that's about it, and my comp doesn't like doing anything else when it's doing that. And it's a bad idea to tick off the computer. ;)
Read Byzantium, by Stephen Lawhead...again...cool book. :) One of my favorites. Yes, a little bored lately. Hitchhiker tomorrow, mayhaps. Or maybe Sunday, as a reward for finishing my other papers. Two to finish by Monday.
Hmm. More Nadesico to watch. Tee hee. Silly series, but entertaining. Ruri's a hoot. Gotta see if anybody's done an AMV of her.
Trying to decide whether to pick up Weiss Kruze next...I'm curious about it, just after reading the first manga. Puni's still up for grabs, too, though I will admit, I've been warned. :P
Hmm...apparently my brain is on autopilot right now, cause nothin's comin' out. Wait a second...*opens skull* Ah-ha! I knew something was missing. Well, let me know if you've seen a misshapen lump of grey flesh lying around, it can't have gotten far...I hope...
Randomly thinking of Fluffy and his women. Heh, heh. How about "Does He Love You" featuring Rin and Kagura fighting over Fluffy? Wow...that would be really, really odd...

Wow...shame on me...
Four...well, three papers to finish, yet I've already nearly planned an entire AMV.
I'm thinking I'll use something familiar - namely, Inuyasha. I've already got the song, too, though country doesn't seem to be too popular. Still, it's got a nice beat to tie things into, so that should make putting clips in the right places a bit easier. Played around with the movie maker program, too, just to get transitions, sound, and stills figured out. It'll be a while before I can really put it all together, though...I'm going to need a LOT of Kagura clips. Plenty of Fluffy, too. And one of Naraku...raising his eyebrows. I wonder if he ever does that? Oh well, at least finding clips of Inuyasha getting beaten down won't be hard. :) That poor guy gets clubbed every episode.
Wow...I suddenly want to see an AMV of nothing but "sit". I'll bet there's enough...but what song to tie it to?...
Right then. Hopefully my internet will be back soon (in the lab now).
Katie - You can't be too obsessed w/ this place. It's too cool. :P

I'm far too busy to be building AMVs. FAR too busy. And yet, here I am, looking at how to do it...shame on me.
So...you may seen an AMV or two by me sooner than I think. And dibs on my TROUBLE idea, though I think I may just use Sango...or better yet, Kagura. *purr* Sorry, she's just so cool. Think of it! With Sesshoumaru doing the narration? It could be so...amusing...heh. If done right. This'll take a while. Not to mention that I'll need to compile clips of Fluffy.
Ah, a new project. :) Something to take my mind off...other things. -
