Finished my remake video today, and am sending it off to various places. So glad that's done! I'm also finishing the artwork for Judge, making tees for school Fun Runs, and transporting small people to birthday parties. Inbetween all that, I was able to pick up Key the Metal Idol and the AMG movie as well as *cough*Naruto*cough*. Whatever shall I do with it all? pfft. I'd have to watch it first! I'll put it on the shelf with the other stuff I have to make time to watch. First the vampire stuff though.

Well, I started off this morning by being a guest speaker in my son's anime club. Unfortunately, there wasn't a DVD player available, but I got to talk to the kids about AMVs and that was fun. Next time... We will watch some vids. Some GOOD ones, too. MUAHAHAHAHA.
The teacher that is the sponsor for the club is the sister of one of the 'big' voice actors for Funimation and other US anime companies. He's in Dallas though, so couldn't be at the school to talk with the kids. If I paid attention to the American voice actors, I could probably remember his name. :| I'll find out for sure and write it down next time.
It was a bit noisy with 20+ kids and donuts (bad combination for quiet), but a lot of fun.
I asked them to write down some ideas for AMVs that they wanted to see, and among all of the Naruto/DBZ/InuYasha suggestions was one that REALLY was great. At least, it piqued my interest.
Now, to find more DVDs of this so I can start ripping them next week, and make this in time for the next meeting.
I wish they had had Anime Club in my schools. 'Course, that would mean we needed to have television and electricity too. XD (Old Lady joke... I probably graduated before a lot of you were born though.)
