So today, we had a VA come in for Anime club, and it was lots of fun watching the kids interact with him. I brought boxes of Pocky to share, and he brought in new anime that he is working on. Not only voicing, but writing the scripts for.
He had the Tsubasa Chronicle announcement cards with him (he's writing on that one - and I shoulda grabbed one for all the Kurogane goodness), and also gave away some DBZ goodies (he wrote the scripts for the latter part of the series and voiced Uub). The girls went all fangirly when he started with his YYH voice, and it was almost like being at a con panel. I was able to premiere that video I made with the kid's ideas, and it was a nice way to start the day, even though I was WAY late for work.
