Bethany.. I give you easiest PB Cookie recipe evah.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Combine all and drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with fork to make that recognizable design. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Voila! Cookies!
Don't even ask why I am posting recipes. I have no idea myself.
