This works well for _you_ as I said before. Some people simply cannot brush things off the way you can. I'm very glad you can do this and I'm getting much better at it... but people like my sister simply can't. This is what I'm trying to say. I still think this one is a lot better than what happened to it. Some jerk left me a rotten opinion and even after I chased after him he refused to answer my emails and such. That was the one that really hurt me.
