Sometimes people who make amvs don't have the time or the harddrive space to redownload an entire series just to get rid of subtitles. In my own humble opinion: Get over it. Subtitles make NO difference to a video if you just don't look at them. If averting your eyes is too difficult, try moving your hand over them. Easy as pie.
