All but one of my videos are now uploaded to the Golden Donut server. Hopefully, I'll have time to upload my Kylie video later this week.
Now if I could just get opinions rather than star ratings so I would know what to improve on... -

I just uploaded "Talking Heads - Wild Wild Life" to the Golden Donut server.
This is perhaps the best of the 4 videos that I've done. It's the only one that I could see completely in my mind before making.
It makes a lot of use of visual gags linked to the song. If you don't understand the gags, watch it twice. -

For the longest time, I was hosting my AMV's as well as several from other artists on http://rompc.2y.net. However, I have taken the server down following a successful hack attempt.
Geez...you kick someone's digital ass just because you catch them cheating in a game, and they track you down and hack you.
I lost over 100Gb of data as a result of this moron, including 3 AMV's I had in the works, my temp files from my DVD's, and my originals of my videos. Needless to say, I am not happy. -

According to my server logs, I have nearly 600 completed transfers since I added my URL to my videos, most of which have been of the ones I am least proud of...but nobody has bothered posting an opinion of my videos yet.
I've been reading the reviews of other videos I enjoy, and I'm amazed how opinionated the members of this site are.
So, I guess I'm saying that if you are reading this, download my videos ("Wild Wild Life" is my personal favorite.) Post an opinion. Let me know if I should continue to share my hobby, or if I should just keep it to myself like I do my other hobbies that are a sight to create sore eyes. [grin] -
Server Downtime

My server will be going down Sunday, August 18, from 11a to 1p Mountain so that I can replace my DVD drive.
If you've got the video, great. Please mirror it if you can.
If not, you've got until tomorrow morning to try.
Also, some people have been getting the "password required" dialog. When you get that, the server is just full. I only have 10 simultaneous connections at home because I'm waiting for Windows .NET Server to be released to upgrade my home server from Windows XP Professional.
