- Deja vu 2008-11-05 05:06:58 I hate it when I have a bad dream and it comes true. Ok, it wasn't a really bad dream, and it didn't come exactly true, but it's pretty damn close. I had a dream about a week ago that my cats were chasing a tarantula around the apt. Now there's a spider running around the apt that's about close to tarantula sized (though less fuzzy), and the cats have been trying to catch it all night. But it keeps crawling under furniture that the cats can't get under. :( I hope they catch it soon. It's really creepy.-_-

- HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!! *^_^* 2008-10-31 17:41:33 Unfortunately, Rafe doesn't really do Halloween, so we're not really doing much. :( But I have alchohol, and candy, and horror/Halloween-themed movies, and Yeiweh's vid, and am in the process of making stromboli. So I think I should be set. *^_^* (Plus, because Rafe doesn't celebrate my most favorite holiday, thus jipping me out of an all out celebration of it like I would get at home, he agreed to watch a horror movie with me. *^_^* (He doesn't like horror movies. >.>) So that's at least something. *^_^*) Not really wearing a costume, per say, but I did bring some of my old goth clothes from home to wear. WAHOOO!!! HALLOWEEN!!! XD

Got the next Mr. Anime Universe comic up. *^_^* (On both the thread and DeviantArt). And I think that will probably be the last of the yaoi for a bit. >.> Now to figure out what the next one will be. :P
And got to love the double standard going on. . .I post yuri in the MISS Anime Universe thread, no one says a word. Some of us fangirls post yaoi in the MISTER Anime Universe thread, and suddenly there's complaints. And you would think it would be mostly fangirls participating in the Mr. Anime Universe Contest, but somehow we're still outnumbered by the anti-yaoi, pro-yuri, bishoujo fanboy guy types. Ok, maybe not completely. Code might be a guy, but I would consider him to be an honorary fangirl. ;) (Or at least a lot more open-minded than most guys.) So, I guess if you put him on the line, it's an even split right now. But still. Miss Anime Universe started with 2 girls and the rest guys. I was the only girl through most of the contest, i.e. the only one not of the fandom that the contest was centered around. I would have thought the Mr. Anime Universe would have been similar. Eh, what can you do? Us yaoi fangirls deal with this stuff all the time, so, just keep dealing. . .and throw the yaoi out there every so often just to makes the anti-yaoi guys squirm. ;) /rant :P

Then, in case the parties involved got eliminated this round, it would be posted before the results came in and the next round started. But I just got it all drawn and inked, and am about to fall over. So I'm going to scan, color and post it when I wake up. :P (Which will hopefully be before results are posted.:P Though I could still post it in the thread after, but I'd rather do it before. ) Sorry Yeiweh and u-queen. You'll have to wait a little longer for it. :(
