Yeah, what the title said. And somehow I tweaked my knee. When I put pressure on it in certain ways (like to stand or walk like a normal person) I get this shooting pain and it almost feels like my kneecap is going to slide out of place. It hasn't felt anywhere near this bad since I busted it about 7 years ago. But I'm sure its either the weather and/or I slept or sat weird. It still hurts though.

Well, I had an idea to do a multi-anime, multi-song (kinda the AMV Hell type idea) vid that's kinda in the form of a nightmare. Originally, this was all going to be done as a solo vid, but then Rafe and I were talking and I might turn it into a MEP. And use the mix I was going to use for my vid as the mix for the MEP. I guess since that one would probably be small that I could do that one and Karaoke at the same time if I wanted. I don't know. We'll see. Rafe and I are still looking for possible songs. (It will be all instrumentals except for the intro and closing, which I already have picked out)

Its weird to go onto the MEP thread and there be new posts on a shitload of MEPs that I'm not in. I remember when there would be new posts on a bunch of MEPs, and I was in all of them. Eh, its probably better this way. Less stress. At least once March hits and most of the MEPs I'm in are done. Then I only have SOAD2 and any MEPs I might be starting myself to worry about.

Still working on D&G. I want it to be awesome. Then its Mecha, Rainbow Cotton and Villain. Villain could fly almost as is minus a couple timing tweaks. But I would like to do more with it. Mecha just needs some overlays in the middle. *cough* stillneedtostartrainbowcotton *cough*But that shouldn't be difficult. Then I can just concentrate on SOAD2. WHEE!!!

Well, peace and quiet starting Tuesday. YAY!!! Family going on Vacation. And I have the house to myself the weekend after Valentine's day. And Rafe's still coming up. WEHOO!!! hehehe. :D

My poor Rafe Rafe isn't feeling good. Sinus pressure. Hopefully its just the poopy weather. He ended up going to bed early. I hope he gets feeling better.

Ok, if sigs have already been made and approved for a MEP, and you say said sigs look ok, why would you want to make a new one for yourself to link the project. . .if you aren't even in it? (Whether it be yet or never) O.o (someone posted in the SOAD2 that they want to make their own sig to link the project, even though they said mine look ok and as of right now aren't in it. I understand people are entitled to their opinion and not everyone has to like my work. I'm just puzzled as to why.)

Did some editing today. Or rather I did some more replacing and encoding of clips for D&G. I have the clips for 3 discs out of 4 encoded. Got all of 1 & 2 placed and half of 3. Which equals about 1/2 the vid because most of the clips are from disc 4. (Hello?! Apocalypse?!) So yeah. And I think I decided on the general look for my SOAD2 vid. School House Rock! (I'm using Shimmy) I thought that would be amusing. But anyhow.

Ok, found my disturbing piece of info for the night. I was trying to find info and pics for the new HP movie coming out. In the scan through Google images, there were a few pics of the guy who plays Harry, Dan Radcliffe, shirtless in a pair of jeans. I didn't click on them and figured it was a fan photoshop job that had become well circulated. Well, in the web search, I came across an article saying that Dan was going to be starring in the play, "Equus" in London partially in an attempt to show people a different side of him than Harry. (And will be showing a lot more than that, as Equus involves a scene in the nude) And it turned out, the pics were real, and part of the promotional images for the play. Which they were nice pics (Seriously, the pics in the jeans looked kinda like calendar pics. http://banners.broadwayworld.com/equus/equus_col3_hires.jpg), but that still kinda disturbs me a bit. But anyhow.

Well, finally hooked up my comp so I can start editing. Wehoo! D&G is first. Then all the rest. Villain, Mecha MAnia and Rainbow Cotton are all due about the same time. And theres also SOAD2. And I might be starting KAraoke in MArch. We'll see how Yeiweh feels about then. But I'll be done with all my MEPs except SOAD2. But that's only 1, which I can deal with. And I need to squeeze in time for my Otakon vid. I think it'll be the Saikano/A Perfect Circle one.

Well, did the sigs for SOAD2, and apparently they were a success. Stolen Soul loved them, and so did several of the other people. I solved my sig problem by using the 120x40 one instead of the 200x40 one, even though I had the room for the 200x40 one. I did a joke one too. SOAD2's official name is "SOAD 2:Rising from the Ashes", but I did one with a chibi JAck Sparrow with a rum barrel that said "SOAD 2: Why's the rum gone?!" after the celebratory drink of choice for SOAD:RTI was rum, which carried over to SOAD2. Teehee! Anyhow.

Rafe and I ordered from Papa Johns for dinner. They had this really good chicken bacon BBQ pizza that we got. It tasted awesome, but its kinda giving me acid reflux. :S But at least it tasted good. :D

I figured out, if there's a scale in the house, I'm more inclined to stay on my diet. I've been so bad this week, and I've probably gained back all the weight that I lost. :( But at least I have til July to lose it.

Well, next week, I will have a week of peace and quiet. My family is going on vacation and I'm house sitting. Which means complete peace and quiet. No one bothering me. Of course, I'm also forced to deal with the dog. :P Which does not make me happy. (He's old, decrepid, and incontiment. And I'm not really thrilled with dogs and was against getting it in the first place. I figure if I'm going to put that much time and effort into caring for something, I might as well have a kid and get the tax break. I prefer cats. They more or less take care of themselves. Just stick some food out, clean the litter box once in a while and they're good to go. And I'd rather clean up after a cat than a dog any day.) Anyway, but the quiet should be nice. Hopefully I'll get a lot of editing done.

Apparently this was my profound thought for the day. (said in the AMV Hell 4 thread about the complaint of Avatar and other anime style Western animation not being allowed here.)
"And you coming here to gripe about no anime style western animation on an AMV site dedicated to only Japanese animation is like walking into a butcher shop asking for Spam and complaining that they don't have it because its kinda like meat. There are other places for that, and the butcher might like it, that's just not what he has there."

I think that's about it. - On another note 2007-02-06 16:58:26 Ok, I just added another piece to my sig for SOAD2. I added a 200x40 piece next to a 400x40 piece. Together, they total 600x40. The limit for 1 line of sig. In some threads, It looks the way its supposed to. A 400x40 on top, then a 400x40 and a 200x40 underneath. In some threads, I have 3 lines of sig. This makes me upset. :S

Yeiweh, there's a Tut exhibit that just came to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. And I went to it on Sunday. It didn't start until Monday. But they opened it up a day early to Premiere members. My mom is a premiere member. And it was really cool! *^_^*

In MD. Need to hook up my comp so I can work on my D&G vid. It should be really cool! Currently working on replacing the DivX clips I had used for placing with pretty lagarith clips. Then its effects time. (including the Revelations text) This should be awesome! :D

Did the sigs for SOAD2. Kevmaster and Scott Green like them. Hopefully Stolen Soul will. They look pretty cool, though looking at them, there's so much more I could have done with them, but they still look ok.

Well, even though our "competition" is gone, I still want to do something awesome for my clip. I have some ideas, that I will probably drive myself insane with. But eh, we'll see what happens. As far as the other SOAD MEP goes, while just a look into the MEP forum would have told them that there was already a SOAD MEP, I don't think people should have done what they did. Yeah, I had a good chuckle when I saw there was another SOAD MEP, but I had no problem with it being there. Really the only problem I had was that others including the coordinators would see it as a competition, which would put undue stress on the editors which would then take all the fun out of it. But eh, it doesn't matter now.

Well, watched the first 2 discs of TSR because Rafe had bought them. Well, exactly the reason I didn't want to buy them until all 4 of them were out happened. I get to the end of Disc 2 and be going nuts wanting disc3 so I know what happens. GRRRRRRRR! But those first 2 discs were really cool. *^_^*
