Yeah, life got really hectic. Between getting a new external and cleaning my comp, to future in-laws coming to visit, to having to clean before said future in-laws get here, to generally feeling blah, to having to get ready for Rafe leaving for 2 weeks training that suddenly got sprung on him. Yeah. This is week 2 of his training, and I'm just now starting to decompress. *sigh*
And on that note, I owe a HUGE appology to jubjub and the Valentine's MEP people. I'm so sorry I didn't get the sigs done. Things just got crazy at the wrong time. I'm so sorry. I feel awful! :( Though, if you still want, I can alter the one I did so that it's no longer a 'series' of them, and do a simple 300x40 and 200x40.

Well, I had lost my mind and signed up for RRIC3 on the Shadow Line Studios forum. Kinda funny, my match was the chick fight. Anyway, once again, I got Hello Kitty as my source. And I won. lol. I think Hello Kitty is like my ultimate weapon anime or something. :P Anyway, we'll see what happens next round. Wonder who I'll be up against. :O (There's no brackets, just a list. Hope next round goes in order of the original list. I think it would be fun to go up against the person I would be paired with in that case. :D)

So, I had ripped all the sources I had planned to use for the IC to my comp, since I mostly chose short stuff/OVAs. Since there were no content limits, one of my source choices was Sensitive Pornograph. While trying to figure out what was going on with my match, I got bored and did a vid. I did the thing in about 2 days. (Though I still have 1 piece of masking to do before I would call it completely done.) Yeah, Sensitive Pornograph with 'Do I Creep You Out?', by Weird Al. It makes me giggle, though I think the song would probably about cover most reactions to it. lol. Anyway, once I get motivated to do that one piece of masking, I'll probably wander over and talk to NGSilver about hosting. . . since it uses some of the more explicit scenes, and I think it would lose something if I try to censor it. :P Fweee! At some point, I might actually edit a vid for the general public that might actually involve effort. *gasp* Then I'll be done for the year.

Yeah, the new site layout, pretty cool stuff. Will take some time to get used to, but cool. Though I got kinda freaked out. I was editing my prof when it happened. I thought my prof edit broke the internet or the .org. :O

VCAs, not sure if I'm going to vote or not. I didn't really watch a lot of vids last year. Not sure if I can really be of much use. I'll probably just take a look through the lists and see if any of the ones I liked are there and vote for them. Idk. Maybe I'll just wait for the semi-finals and watch all those vids, then join in then. Fmeh.
And as usual, I didn't really do anything of note worth voting for. lol. There's my one IC vid, which is an IC vid. Then there's my Otakon vid, which sucked. I guess my Improv vid could make 'Most Original'. . .if people actually watched it. But even that's kinda eh. Eventually, I might actually put some effort into a vid. But I don't feel like it right now. -_-

Got my new HD today!!!!! (Named it Link. Because 1TB HD=awsm (at least compared to what I had), and Link does awesome. XD Named the old one Sousuke, because Sousuke is also really cool, but doesn't do quite as much awesome as Link. And then my comp, Bob. (Which I had forgotten I had named it until I looked at system stuff. Got the idea for that name from Titan A.E.) You know, this would be an interesting yaoi pic. 0_0)
Anyway, just formatting Link right now, since it came formatted as FAT32. :P But yeah, YAY!!!! Then time to shift everything on my comp around, reformat Sousuke, and maybe make my AMV for the year! :P (I want to do a Samurai Champloo action vid, but we'll see what happens. *^_^* Though I may do a yaoi vid too. >.>) Yeah, and I need to do those tweeks on my SOAD2 segment so I can fianlly turn that in and be done with it. :P And this is all in time for RRIC3. W00TAGE!!!

The one I was talking about before, with him as the construction worker themed escort. >.>. . . .I think it came out very nicely. @_@ I need to do a couple minor adjustments to it, but yeah. But I'm getting new inking pens this weekend, so then I'm going to scan and color it. . .and it'll be nice. >.>

So, I wanted/needed to get another HD. (My old HD needs to be reformatted, not to mention I could just use the space anyway.) So, for Valentine's Day, Rafe said he'd pay half of a new 1TB HD. So I got one. And according to the tracking, it should be here in a couple days! *SQUEEEEE!* *^_^* So then I can start editing again. (I think the main prob I was having with Premiere I think came from my current external, since that's where the footage and project file were, and I was having probs with it.) So yeah. YAYNESS!!!! And just in time too, since I signed up for the upcoming Shadow Line Studios RRIC3 tournament. Premiere crashing and refusing to work in the middle of an IC is bad. -_- OOO! And then I can take all my shit off of Rafe's comp. YAY!! Wish I had it in time to finish my Valentine's MEP segment, but eh. :P Anyway, yay, new HD! XD

That being said, I guess I should start thinking about wedding plans, or something. >.> We're actually doing 2. Rafe's supposed to be going to Iraq, so we were just going to do a little ceremony at the post chapel with only immediate family coming, just so things are legal and the Army recognizes me as a dependant while he's gone. Yeah, Rafe's handling that one, and everything is going to be very low key for that. (Much to my mom's annoyance. lol.) Then, when he gets back, we're going to be having the big wedding, which will be more or less completely planned by me and my mom. (Which, since I'm letting her be the meddling mother with extravagant plans for that one, she's willing to step aside for this one. lol.) That one probably won't be for about a year and a half, so I have time. But I should at least be thinking about it. :P

Actually, at one point I was thinking about wedding plans, and stream of consciousness can be hilarious, especially with me. I went from the wedding, to cakes, to cake toppers, to 'Wouldn't it be funny to have Honey-sempai randomly sticking out somewhere on the cake?', to he couldn't jump out of the cake at bachelorette parties and stuff, because he would probably eat the entire cake before it was time, to thinking about if the Host Club people started an escort service after they all turned 18. O.o (Which then went off into thinking about personas, then drooling over thinking about Mori as the construction worker type. *@_@*) YAY! Tangents!!!!! :D

Honey WAS my favorite, followed by the twins. Until that moment. Then Mori became my new favorite. I need to screencap that so I can do a new wallpaper. I currently have Junior, from R.O.D.tv. I have about a week and a half to get the apt really clean. (Well, a week and a half to get it pretty clean, and 2 and a half weeks to get it super clean.) The weekend of the 13th, Rafe's bro is coming for the long weekend. It also happens to be his b-day. I don't really need to get it SUPER clean for then, but I would at least like it to be pretty clean, since he is a guest and all. The weekend after, Rafe's dad and his wife are coming for Rafe's b-day. Then I need it to be super clean, since, after I stayed with them for about a month, they kinda expect it of me, since I would obsessively clean while I was there. And would make a big deal about having a super clean kitchen. *sigh* I hope I can get it done in time, particularly when I'm not motivated to do anything. -_-

In other news, I'm totally unmotivated to do anything. -_- Though on a happier note, I did turn the 1st Valentine MEP sig banner in to jubjub for approval. We'll see how that goes. But if its ok, the 1st one will be posted and then I'll get to work on the other 3. Then they'll be done. YAY!!!! :D And then maybe I can finish my calendar. Maybe I should just make this year's January page into next years February page. :/
