- OMG!!LOL!!! 2007-08-09 01:35:57 So My parents just got a hot tub. Lately I've been going in during the night so I can just be alone and relax without my family coming in and bothering me. So I was sitting there in the tub when all of a sudden, I see something large and dark go past my head. Then I see it swimming frantically in the tub. It turned out to be my cat Pepe. He probably wanted to be petted and wanted to go where I was, not knowing that said place was full of water. lol So he quickly swam back and jumped out. When I finally got out, I just saw this wet, mortified cat sitting by the door. It was the funniest thing. My bro has been wanting to see if the cats swim. I'll have to tell him that Pepe can. *^_^*

Rafe's coworker asked me to do a logo for his new business. And now he is pissing me off. Because he keeps asking for changes and either isn't real specific on them, or changes his mind after I do them. I'm going to do one more version, and if he doesn't like it, he can go elsewhere. Well, lets see if I can remember all that has gone on.

Went to go see HPOotP the day it came out. It was pretty cool. Not exactly like the book, which is to be expected, some of it drug on, but the end rocked.

Working on a logo for one of Rafe's coworkers who is apparently going to be starting a business with something to do with nutrition and/or fitness/personal training. Stressing because apparently there was more of a rush on it than he told Rafe initially. . .And didn't tell him about said crunch until today/yesterday at work. But he's just going to have to wait because I have too much to do.

Well, taking a break from finishing getting ready for Otakon. I'm finishing sewing the last stripe on Rafe's shirt (Sousuke's summer uniform.) Then I need to iron my pants and his shirt and pants. I also need to polish my combat boots and do a quick touch-up/trim on my hair. And finish uploading our mecha vids. *sigh* I hope I get everything done in time. But on a happier note, we've already picked up our badges today/yesterday. WHEEEEEEEE!!!!! *^_^*

I think I might actually be losing weight. I haven't been near a scale in almost a month, so I don't know for sure, but I don't look nearly as enormous as I had, and my costume doesn't look too bad on me, YAY!! But in about a week, I'll know for sure.

Rafe's Wii came in. I'm been boxing like crazy. Rafe and I actually started putting FFVII Miis on there. lol. We have Zack, Cloud, Sephiroth, Vincent and Aerith. I've been mostly boxing with Sephiroth and Cloud. (Sephiroth right handed, and Cloud left handed.) And just because I was curious how high the levels went, I made a Vegeta Mii and am going to try to get him to level 9000 in golf. (If its even possible.) Rafe has mostly been playing Zelda.

There's a chance I might be moving in with Rafe. He was saying that he was wanting me to house-sit while he was at school in San Angelo for 2 mo. But I was needing to find a job as soon as I got back to NJ. Then it came up if I move here and get a job. Then that would solve all problems not related to his general sanity. So we'll see what happens.

Yeah, for the 4th, Rafe and I watched some FMP Fumoffu, then rode the metro to DC to watch the fireworks. That was pretty cool. Very pretty. And we were in a great spot for it too. But then of course, the metro back was packed because everyone was leaving and coming back to Baltimore. And there was this screaming kid right behind us that screamed almost the whole way back. So annoying. But overall I had fun.

Well, going back to NJ for the weekend, then coming back. Apparently there's going to be some kind of bowling night, so I need my ball. Plus my pants that I ordered for my Otakon costume are in, and apparently I forgot to check all the FMP boxes before I came, because I'm missing TSR 3. So this will be a good oppertunity.

Well, been a pretty quiet week. Need to get my comp plugged in and need to get my external reformatted so I can rip stuff. And luckily I'm going back and getting TSR 3 so I can rip it for Silverstein. But yeah, need to finish MEP pieces. And Nerd Strudel's sig. And maybe do some banners. Also need to pressure Rafe to get his MEcha segment done.
