ZOMG!!! So like, I had been lusting after that Eye Up Kamina figure for, like, ever! Like, since it came out. This is before I even watched the series. Then I watched it, and I was, like, "ZOMG!!!!! I MUST HAVE THAT FIGURE!!!!!" But, it was sold out, like, everywhere. So, I looked on ebay. There was ONE!! But it was, like, $150, not including shipping. (It would have been $180 total with shipping) But I wasn't going to have that kind of money until the 1st. It was a Buy Now that ended on Aug 24th, so I put it on 'Watch' and was praying that it would still be there on the 1st. Well, today, it got bought. I seriously wanted to cry. But I drank and cleaned instead. So, after Rafe went to bed and I got burnt out on cleaning, I decided to do a deep scour of the internet to see if I could unearth one. Then I remembered thefind.com (a site that scours the internet for items for you). Well, most of the listings yielded "Sold Out/Item Not Available" results, but I did find one place that had it. And for $50 cheaper than the one I was trying to buy before. And with cheaper shipping. (Wound up being $110 total, for the figure+shipping.) So yeah, since I did have that much laying around, I grabbed it. I just hope it's the real thing and not a boot. Though, since it's a figure and not a DVD, I guess, as long as it's still decent quality, it doesn't really matter quite as much. :P But the listing said the figure was by Eye Up, so I would hope. -_- Anyway, YAY!!!!! SMEXY KAMINA FIGURE!!!!! XD
You know, looking around the apt, you can tell who the figure freak is. Since, oddly enough, there are more male than female figures around here. 0.o And more or less, the only female figures around are ones that I had bought for Rafe. (2 Louises (Zero no Tsukaima), 2 Mizuhos (Please Teacher/Twin) and a Tifa) He likes figures, but not enough to spend money on them. As opposed to me, who loves figures and doesn't mind dropping $100 on one. Though he did buy me a couple of figures for my b-day. And I *squee*-ed! *^_^* (The Kingdom Hearts Sephiroth action figure, and the Kingdom Hearts II Riku Static Arts figure. Smexiness! :D) I guess it's a good thing they don't make a lot of good male figures. I'd probably be severely broke. -_-
Anyway, 60 hours until the wedding. *stress*/*squee* Some more cleaning to do. Should probably start some laundry here pretty quick. People will start arriving Friday afternoon. Wedding's Saturday afternoon. People will start leaving Sunday afternoon. FWEEE! YAY! Marrying my RafeRafe. . .finally! :P
Still need to do something with my lottery beta and Ms. Anime Universe entry. Then, once things quiet down, redo my Bounce segment. Stuff.
Why do I keep having zombie dreams/nightmares? This time around, I had a nightmare about having to guard a screen door so zombies didn't get into our safe house. (Not entirely sure who the rest of "our" was, other than the fact that they weren't zombies. :O) Though it ended kinda funny. I was starting to get really pissed off at the people who gave me that job. I mean, the zombies kept fucking up the door. And so I'd have to try and fix the door while keeping them from getting in, not to mention avoid them taking a chunk out of me while I'm trying to do all this. And no one was helping me. So yeah. Then I realized, I could just wake up instead of sitting there and dealing with that shit. So I did. 0.o

Anyway, applied for marriage license today. Pick that up on Friday. Did last of premarital counseling today. Family coming Friday. I still have cleaning to do. And my Lottery beta. Though I think I'm just going to turn in what I have. And my Ms. Anime Universe entry. Though, luckily, this one isn't so dependent on me drawing. I can just go with screencaps and be fine. So much to do. -_-

Legal wedding this Saturday. Trying to get cleaning and stuff done because relatives are coming. Also need to write down my recipes for my mom. Which should be interesting, since I learned to cook from my grandmom. Meaning, recipes are made and are learned by watching them be made. And generally not written down. 0.o So yeah.
And, I may need to change my wallpaper. I just changed it to an awesome Kamina/Simon one. And I can't get anything done. Every time I minimize stuff, I spend at least 5 or 10 min drooling over it. Then occasionally, lose all motivation to do anything. My monitor/brain cannot handle such manly awesomeness. @_@ *sigh*
And now, thanx to Kamina being awesome, there are no more shotas in my top 5 favorite bishies. He booted Honey. So now they're all in 6-10 of the top 10. :P
