- On another happy note 2006-06-28 02:50:23 I am totally soaked now. There are 3 cats in the house (one mine, one my mom's and one that was mine that I let her keep after her cat died the last time I was here a couple years ago) and they are indoor/outdoor cats. They're usually outside all the time now that the weather's decent, but I usually try to get them in at night and when the weather's bad. My mom will usually do a quick check for them before she goes to bed and if it's nice out at night, I usually won't be too concerned about getting them in at night. But I do make sure to get them in during bad weather. Well, I'm sitting here, and suddenly I hear it start to pour, so I go downstairs to make sure all the cats are in. 2 cats are in, one is not. So of course I go running around outside in the pouring rain looking for the stupid cat. . .because I just love the cats that much. I swear, I'm going to be one of those crazy old cat ladies. So yeah, I got myself pretty thoroughly drenched before I finally found the cat. And my mom's cat is so thoroughly stupid and trying to go outside in this shit while I'm bringing the other cat in. Stupid cats. So yeah, I just changed clothes, but my hair is still dripping. Hooray for rambling!!!!!!!! But I'm not hallucinating yet. . .unlike last night. fmeh!!!
- My attention span sucks!! 2006-06-28 00:47:55 So yeah, at the moment, I don't have the attention span to finish any of the vids I started. So I'm still going to finish my part of the vid I'm doing with my b/f, since it's only about a minute long clip. Granted, with what I want to do w/ it (effects and epilepsy inducing clip laying/editing) it's going to be difficult, but I'm just keeping in mind that I only am doing a minute of the song and I'm not finishing the finished product. With this line of thinking, I joined the System of a Down MEP, which only involves a one minute clip. And it turned out that one of the songs snippets still available was one that I was going to do an amv to anyway. So I'm doing that one with the anime/concept I was going to use for it originally so I can at least get a feel for that amv when I do it later. And I also remembered that I don't have to rip/encode the anime b/c I had done that a while ago with the intent of doing an amv with it (but life got in the way) and I still have it lying around on DVD. WEHOO!!! Simplicity!!! And once again, I'm not finishing the finished product!! Plus, since this is an official type MEP, I more or less HAVE to finish, so therefore I have to force myself through this. And hopefully this will get me back in the swing of doing amvs again so I can finish the other videos I've started. Fmeh! And magic happiness. Ok, done rambling.
- Once again. . . 2006-06-27 03:07:38 The cute little girl banner prevails!! My "Come play with us" banner made it. Thank you happy voters. And of course, my FFVIII Awesome banner did not. But I wasn't really too thrilled with the way it came out. Anyway. Have 2 banners waiting to be approved. One that is completely wrong but funny, and one that is just too cute for words. And the "I don't need a break. I need more coffee." banner vaguely reminded me of my "I don't need sleep. I more caffeine." banner. (Or at least the slogan does) eh, fmeh! They don't really look the same, they just have similar slogans, so whatever! I think it's about bed time. I'm starting to see stuff. (like stuff crawling around my room that isn't really there.) Later!
- So yeah 2006-06-27 00:19:00 Today was just a boring day. Tried to upload a new banner and wondered why it wouldn't upload. The file rejected blurb said it wouldn't accept anything with an apostrophe in the file name. I'm like "WTF!! There is no apostrope in the file name" Once I looked at the file name more closely, I realized I was trying to upload the original photoshop .psd file, not the .jpg version. That was pretty silly of me. Anyway. FMEH!!!!!! Kikai, yw and let me know when you redo the vid. I think that's about everything, b/c today was just like that. Later!

I'm glad it cheered you up though. *^_^* You don't have to op me (the vids I have up at the moment really aren't that great) but if you want to, take your time. No rush.
