Sometimes, if the pic quality is less than wonderful, unless its such an awesome banner that I can see past the slight psuedo pixelyness, I'll vote it unworthy. Like my HK "Join us" banner, I would consider to be bad pic quality. Most other people, including my b/f who will be brutally honest with me, will say I'm nuts and overly picky and it looks fine. But I can sometimes be picky like that. But your pic quality was fine in my book. ;)
