- Ok 2006-07-13 01:28:17 For some reason, my mom's dog has decided he likes the kitchen. He usually doesn't go into the kitchen, but today he would go into the kitchen everytime I was in the bathroom (The bathroom and kitchen are right near each other) I just thought he was trying to follow me. But I just went down to use the bathroom and get a drink, and he was asleep on the mat in the kitchen. Which is really funny looking b/c it's a small/mid sized mat, and he's a greyhound. Silly dog! Of course, then again, today it rained, and I was trying to get the cats in. 2 of them came in, then I had opened the glass door and shut the screen door with the cat door so the other one could still get in, then went outside and sat in the gazebo. So then the 2 inside came out and the one outside came over and they were all laying at me feet and I probably looked like the crazy cat lady sitting in a gazebo in the rain with 3 cats curled up at my feet. lol Silly animals.

I know how you feel. My ex-b/f was in Iraq (but he was Army), and I was worried sick while he was over there, particularly when he was late. But luckily I had a bit of an advantage being ex-Army and knowing the military is very good at suddenly bringing on BS duties. And many times, little things can go wrong to delay. Sometimes big things. But I'm sure he'll be ok. My prayers are with you and I hope he returns safely.
