lol. Just angry mobs with pitchforks, cries for justice for all, ben popping journal pills, randomness, JJ's with their panties in a twist who have since gone somewhere else, and general boredom.

B/f asleep

YAY!! Going back home tomorrow. I love spending time w/ my b/f, but since I don't have a valid military id anymore, I really can't go wandering around, so I'm just kinda stuck here during the day. Plus with him having to get up early for work and then being really tired after work, he goes to bed early, so I have a lot of time to kill after he goes to bed. I have a lot of banners done, and I don't know if I really feel like doing more. But at least this time I rememberred to ask where the headphones were so I can watch a movie. And the journal battle still goes on. . . and has made its way to the forum. What the hell people. What is so terribly wrong? What makes evryone feel that your opinion is the only valid, correct one? I may like to argue, prove my point and express my opinion, but I am at least aware that there are other opinions and views out there. I might not agree with them, but I at least acknowledge them. I understand some of the things that go on in the journals may be irritating to some, but the fact that some people would think that just because they are irritated, whatever it is is immediately wrong and has to stop. . .all because they don't like it. What really makes me laugh is that with all the people who say they don't like the journals, yet they decided to start this argument in the journals. Doesn't that make them just as guilty? Because an argument and expressing one's opinion in conjunction with what someone else said would be considered a conversation. Of course, now this is in the forum, so maybe the arguments in the journals will stop. But who am I kidding? Of course it won't stop. I would go to the forum and put in my 2 cents, but what's the point? This argument has already gotten out of hand, and many people there probably think I'm a bit of a bitch anyway. *sigh* I give up. Not saying I'm going to quit being a JJ just because some people whine about it, but I give up trying to argue. There's no point anymore. This is just stupid. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. My opinion only counts for one vote
Nuke-I'll check your banners out and pm you a critique
Cornwiggle-After the forum today, I went back and see if I missed anyone that went under the heading of the small text at the end of my last post about ops, and you were one of them. I'll get right on it
Ayanefan-WEHOO!!! Go your vid!!

Is everybody having a party?!

I step away for a moment, and everyone goes back to the I love/hate journals. *sigh* I go back to my last statement. Will it ever end?! I know I don't help much. But I stick by the frame of mind, everyone has this journal to write what THEY want to write. You want to use it to have a conversation, post nonsense, vid stats, banner stuff, even use it to piss people off, it's your perogative. It's your journal, you use it as you see fit. If you don't like how other people use their journals, don't read them. There are some of you who have been reading long enough to know which ones to avoid like the plague. Nobody is forcing you to read them. Stop bitching already.
As far as the banners go, Katie, I know I'm most likely one of the 3 in your rant. Ok, so most of my entries are about banners. I've been spending a lot of time at my b/f's, and I can't edit here, so banners is my only option. And quite frankly, I feel I'm much better at making banners than making amvs. That is why they get talked about a lot. And I usually try not to talk about specific banners of mine until after they have been voted for because I don't want people to vote them worthy/unworthy just because they are mine, and I don't want people to get burnt out on them before the voting even begins, though occasionally one will slip out, or if everyone is talking about a banner that is mine, I will usually reveal it as mine. Other than that, I may talk about banners a lot, but I try to keep the specifics vague.
And I do love a good argument, but the whole bitching about journals is really kinda getting old. You don't like them, don't read them, don't use them.

LMAO!!! Hence the term Journal Junkie. We're here all the time, at first because we want to be and we enjoy it, then it gets to a point where you can't stop. *sigh* Will it ever end?!!!!
