- Well, I think I have it 2006-08-01 02:18:54 So, Premiere was sucking. XVID would make premiere crash and DVX gave it terrible quality with a capital EEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!! So then I went to Vdub. Didn't get what I was looking for, so I stuck it into Gordian knot and encoded there. I not only compressed my audio, but I was also able to make the frame size bigger without completely and totally fucking up the quality. (Is still a little pixely, but it isn't completely terrible. And some of it might be my monitor being retarded like it always is. I have a plasma screen monitor, and basically if the pic/vid quality isn't next to perfect, it makes it look a little pixely) And, I got the vid down to about 50mb, which is a hell of a lot more reasonable than 84. So I think I'm going to stick with that, request deletion of the other one, upload this one and be done with this. Well, thanks everyone for your help and listening to me bitch. I'll let you all know when this is ready to go so if you feel like torturing yourselves, then you can watch it. *And I'm off to make things happen*

Bebop-Thanks that was really helpful. Yeah, after I got some sleep, then woke all the way up, I realized I had uncompressed audio. Which I've been trying to fix ever since. Yes, I've spent quite a bit of time in Premiere, but this is the first time I've ever finished a vid in it. As if it wasn't obvious. lol. Well, I talked to my b/f, and as it turned out, I forget to fix a couple settings in Premiere, so I'm in the process of fixing that now. Though if Premiere decides to be stupid on me, your advice will be VERY helpful. Thank you! Hopefully I'll have the fixed version soon.

Yeiweh. It would be funny if the 3 of us combined. lol. You know, I'm starting to feel like Habiki from Vandread. With people trying to combine with me. There's Kikai and I with the wurgano banners, my b/f and I starting Digital Stright Jacket Studios so we can do amv projects together, then us (either the 2 of us or the 3 of us.) with whatever insanity we come up with. - 2006-07-31 19:01:33 I think I'm going to fix it, get that one deleted and resumbit. Man, this sucks. But I'll leave that one up until then. I wish I was more awake at that stage of things. It would have saved so much trouble. Oh well, live and learn. Do not encode and upload vids when I really haven't slept in a couple days. :S
- Looking at other people's stuff 2006-07-31 18:47:56 yes, it would be the audio. The one facet of amv making that I'm not really knowledgeable in at all. I was in such a frenzy with it and getting so incredibly frustrated while I was in vdub that I forgot to do something with the audio. I'm very sorry.
