Finally....

Whoo!! I have defeated the no-code demons! Anyway, now that I've finally got this going I suppose I'll have to get used to updating it.
Today was pretty cool. I got up a little before noon, went to three classes, then met up with Nick and picked up One Hour Photo and Castle in the Sky, which we just got finished watching.
Impressions on One Hour Photo: Wow, this movie had some excellent camera work and sets. The unnatural sterility of everything in the main character's life was just to perfect. Unfortunately the movie neglected to give a few essential pieces of information that the viewer needs to really understand exactly what's going on. And there was one really bad scene with blood-spurting eyes that really didn't fit at all. Still, it was an excellent movie.
Impressions on Castle in the Sky: What can I say, it's a classic anime and it clearly deserves to be so. There were a couple stupid gun tricks (a pet peeve of mine) but other than that it's everything one expects from Miyazaki.
