  • no more 2005-02-02 23:11:27 so i have decided to move my personal entries from here to liverjournal. its a crappier system and sux big time, but no one knows me there and there may be some ppl here that i dont want reading things.. so from now on its only going to be amv news that i post here. nothing personal..

    speaking of amv news, i started my new video. its an angelic layer vid with song wake up by three days grace. good song. it doesnt quite fit with the anime but the theme of the music does fit really well so im doing it anyways. it will also give me a chance to tell my own story instead of always telling the story of the song with the anime.
    i am having some problems though. for some reason,, premier keeps closing on me whenever i create the preview files. after it closes, if i open it, it closes right away. dont know y. its really odd, but the second i delete the preview files, it works fine again. so what i have to do it actually export the entire video to preview. makes things increadably slow. and its harder to time things correctly with the special effects and everyhting. we will see if it comes out okay. 
  • sleep 2005-01-12 10:08:07 ya so ive been having issues sleeping again. this happends every so often. nothing really big, but still very annoying, especially since i have to work at 9 in the morning. its a little difficult if i didnt go to sleep until 6.

    not really that much happening right now. my lab just got a set of crystal lenses. allows for the creation of immersion reality. very excited about that, but we cant get them to work yet. we have to get a new video card. something like 1300US for the card that i was looking at. its a little expensive for something that we may not even use. but if we do get this thing then for sure i will be appearing in one of my amvs as a digital character. 
  • boarding 2005-01-10 10:30:13 well like i said last time i will try anything once, andi did.
    yesterday was the first time that i ever went snow boarding.... and i have to bruises to to prove it. just a note for anyone who wants to try - never have keys or a cellfone or anything on u when u do, u will fall and it WILL hurt.

    for my next trick, skis. my uncle has been harassing me to go but i wanted to try boarding first. now i have so its time to try the skis again. i did ski once long ago, like 12 years ago.

    oh and an update on my next amv, i dont think im gonna be doing it to green day any more. its a great song and it would have worked sooooo well but there are already so many out there.

    things to to, things to do.
    well first i have to get my noir back from my friend. im dieing to start this new song, Green day - boulevard of broken dreams, its gonna be a character amv for chloe. but maybe for kirika instead, its easier to find footage with her in it. i think ts gonna turn out good.

    oh, i almost forgot, i just finished my lated vid. its was a fast one, 3 days work for a 3 minutes song. i dont know how i did it but its done. well almost. im having some issues with disk space so yes its done, but no i cant release it yet cause i cant export it.

    i had a lot of fun with this one, mainly because it was done so fast. a lot of times i start a vid but never finish.

    This time i tried to concentrate more on the beat of the song and less on the worse. ive had a lot of ppl comment that my videos tend to be a little slow because i try and tell the story of the song. this song came out failrly good., but remember i didnt spend that much time on it.

    nothing truely spectacular about it, no lipsinking, no cool special effects, just a regular video.
