I should be doing an AMV Hell track right now. I've got source for two all organized and should be able to kick one up in a matter of minutes rather than hours, and a fair bit of potential source (read: random SHQ downloaded hentai) incase the DVDs I ordered last week get held up more.
Right now, I'm moving my "site"; SH will probably go dark tonight and come back online sometime tomorrow morning, if at all; otherwise I have to seriously take somebody's hosting TOS and cross my fingers.

I'm on the verge of turning 25, which is a significant milestone for me. Not only will I legally be able to rent cars and run for Congress (not like I want to, and the company has the lease on my current Wagen), but 25 is also older than Cliff Burton ever got to be. Between one thing and another, some that I was forced to deal with and others that I brought on myself by living in my ususal dive-bomber devil-may-care style, I never really thought I'd get here. I guess I'll feel the same when I hit 35 and pass Chuck....if I make it that far.

.........and I need some goddamned hosting. I'll do a crappy pretend solution on Sunday and try to get something real (read: paid-for) on Monday. I get the weekend off and man do I need it.
Tomorrow:
- buy new CDs
- buy bass (?)
- do video work
- cheer Monarchs
- watch all the bloody anime that I've been torrenting the past couple nights
Sunday:
- take Monster pictures in Pragerstrasse area
- do video work
- sleep
And on Thursday, we hopefully get our new gear - branspankinnew AMD-powered laptops....unfortunately they are by HP, and I'm probably going to have to move my data all by myself, as well as reinstall all my video prod stuff. It's really making me want to just do my first AMV Hell track this weekend instead of working on SH102, but we'll see how things go tomorrow on if that goes down Sunday or not.
Either way, there is a strong likelihood that no new SH videos will be posted until July. #102 is looking rather complex (thinking about modding the song), and that and #103 are both going to contests with fresh-kill policies. The AMV Hell 0 tracks won't be available till AWA, and won't be online on MY bandwidth until I move back somewhere where they're merely offensive rather than illegal. I'm going to keep working all summer, but July is the early date for a new video release, with it more likely not until September (planned) and Unoriginal Videos Month.
Of course, there may be additional delays; I have almost two weeks of vacation piled up, which I probably won't need to touch for With Full Force (it's only in Leipzig), but will need to dip into for Wacken......and Summer Breeze and Rock the Island and Fuck the Commerce.....

In retrospect I probably should have just left my machine at the office last night (this morning) doing more scrape-and-seed, because I ddin't end up doing crap with it this morning (except for changing the audio and video for the third AMV Hell 0 track and getting hooked on Emma and Eyeshield 21, but all of those could have waited), but there is some progress made. I got TMPEG in a properly unencumbered old beta and will be rendering out SH101 to an archive file while I duck out to get greasy Chinese food from the local Viets, and after that, it's timing chart time for #102 (I did bring my headphones in so there won't be too much unnecessary disturbance).
Hopefully, I'll get more sleep tonight, and more work on the video in the morning; at the very least, I won't have to do another 24-hour stand like yesterday.

When I came up here to the office because they were turning the water off at my apartment complex, I should have brought my headphones so I could make some cheap progress planning the video. Instead I'm just looking about for hosting and running my first BT download (on something that ought to be liscensed but probably never will be due to most fans hating anything that has to do with physical activity). It's slow as all fuck, but I've got a whole shift to finish getting it.
It's a good thing that fast food in Germany has an "inherently healthy" option; if this was the US, way too much of my diet in the last month or so would have come from McDonalds rather than irgendjeder-Asia-Imbiss. I also need to start moving about more; car + deskjob = inherent lassitude. Not cool.
I'll probably also soon be starting the next pass for the recs list. There are getting to be more and more good and good metal videos out there, and there are several that I know need recognizing; I just want to be able to get them all in one go.

Ok. Here is the Spielplan for the next couple videos:
SH101 is up now, having been battled to completion. It will probably not be going out for competition.
SH102 will be going to AWA Pro, and is going to be the strategic reserve for Connichi-Con. Thus it won't be online for a while.
SH103 will be going to Connichi if I can finish it in time to post it, and may or may not be posted shortly after completion if I miss the deadline and have to use SH102.
Video footage for my AMV Hell tracks is on order. It will probably be sold off after completion (as I already own two of the three source quanta), so watch Heads Up if you live in the EU and want a piece of breaking-German-antifa-law history.
I still have done next to nothing about getting new hosting, but should be doing that this week instead of trying to reconfigure my EECS account and hoping that nobody notices it.
After that, things get a little dicey. We'll see how the bridge looks once we get within sight of it; I have an "Unoriginal Videos Month" planned, but would rather delay that and go to more shows if possible, and there is always the possibility that something could get fucked up on the machine and completely devour any semblance of spare time for editing.
