  • Computer brokedown, along with a few requests 2003-04-28 22:12:05 My newy computer got struck by lightning the last two weeks. I was browsing p2p then. Luckily the HD was safe so it didn't really got me frustrated so much (although a bit since I have no $$$ to replace the comp.)

    I'll be returnig home this Friday, gonna bring that motherboard & cpu back to the shop to claim warranty. Hopefully they'll get to settle it within a month.

    Before that, Eddy had asked me to make a couple of new videos (better write it down, save myself. I already forgotten a few):

    - Song: "Love Love Love" by Dreams Come True
    - Suggested Footage: Boys Be, Kakyuusei OVA

    - Song: ?
    - Suggested Footage: "Ada Apa Dengan Cinta"

    - Song: "Hero" by Enrique Iglesias
    - Suggested Footage: Final Fantasy VIII

    The topmost was about 20% complete. It looked okay but not too emotional. I've been having trouble in footage selection, because I don't have Boys Be's first four episodes in DVD. Looking for them right now, actually. If anyone there knows any shop selling the 1st of 4 Boys Be original MTV DVD please inform wokeh! ^_^ I already have the other three. 
  • Let me give you an advise: 2003-01-31 23:47:43 Athlon XP is better than Pentium4. Although the former can't overclock much and gets hot very quick thus you need to spend extra bucks for coolant, it performs better than P4 in most benchmark tests -- especially game, 3D rendering, floating-point processing. Partly because P4's floating-point processor has been downgraded to make room for its SSE2 instructions, so it is inferior to Athlon. Oh, yea, and the cache ram too.


    Buy Athlon XP. Buy 'Assembled in Malaysia' -- XD 
  • Mengapa semakin sukar menyatukan umat. 2003-01-31 23:31:16 Mengapa begitu sukar menyatukan umat seagama berlainan politik.Mungkinkah atas sebab pertembungan golongan org yg beriman kpd agama dan beriman kpd ilmu pengetahuan.Namun sebenarnya kedua golongan ini harus berdiri selari tanpa merosakkan satu sama lain bagi mencapai kemashalatan manusia secara umum dan mewujudkan kemanusiaan bagi mewarisi kpd generasi yg mendatang.Bagi zaman moden ini selalunya setiap bentuk dan keadaan harus diperakui dgn fakta yg jelas yg bisa menyakin diri.Sebagai contoh yg mudah bahawa kita dapat merasa tiupan angin namun kita tidak dapat utk melihatnya,mungkin inilah yg dikatakan beriman dgn agama.Apakah jika beriman dgn ilmu pengetahuan kita akan menzahirkan rupa angin itu seperti titis-titis air hujan.Mampu atau mungkinkah?

    Bila timbul pertembungan ini, kita seolah telah memecah belahkan hubungan kita sendiri,dan sebagai penyatuannya harus merujuk kepada kitab Allah dan sunnah Baginda.

    Namun bagi jiwa yg sukar untuk atau sengaja tidak mahu menyedarinya kerana mungkin belum mendapat hidayah sudah pasti pertembungan ini akan berlarutan sehingga sekarang.Sukar untuk melakukan kebenaran.Kalau bisa hidayah itu dijadikan satu gulung kertas yg berupa ijazah pasti kita sanggup utk menyampaikannya pada mereka yg masih belum menerimanya sambil kita memadam dosa2 semalam.Misalkan hidayah yg berupa segulung ijazah sudah kita tabalkan pada hati anak-cucu Adam dan setiap jiwa itu sudah mengenal bahawa untuk apa manusia dijadikan saya percaya ada diantara mereka yg mahu menolak dunia semata2 mencari keredzaanNya,dan saya percaya ada diantara mereka mahu melaksanakan perintah Allah dan sunnah Baginda.Bisakah ini semua terjadi?Bagi mereka yg beriman kepada agama sudah kita tahu maksudnya tapi bagi mereka yg beriman kpd ilmu pengetahuan bilakah anda ingin merealisasikan cadangan bahawa jika mampu hidayah Allah itu dijadikan segulung ijazah? Tertewaskah akal pada hakikat yang ghaib?

    The new layout is finally up and working. But is still missing a lot of pages and needs modification & debug.


    BTW, those who try to download my videos off amv.org will get a 404 error. This is because I have moved the videos to a new location but haven't updated viator2k's video profiles. If you're reading this, you know you should download the videos straight from my website instead of amv.org. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll get them fixed once Phade has fixed the Logout problem (so I can re-login as viator2k)
