My new Big O video is availible for download. I always become a
little nuts when I am close to completing a video, and just after...
I think it's just anxiety about perfection hahaha :P
I think I will finish Cowboy Bebop this weekend, relax, and take a break
from video editing... haha this isn't likely as some idea will probably
pop into my head before Sunday...
... oh yeah I guess I should eat something today ... lunch??

Big O Video 'Completed'

I am putting together the final avi and will be encoding it
over night to Mpeg-1 and 2 (high qual copy). I also will be
doing a final check on the video and verifying that it fits
my vision of Big O. :P
"A Day in the life of Roger Smith" will probably be released
sometime tomorrow afternoon or evening. =)

Video Progression...

Well I finally have all the source clips I wanted to complete this
project. Of course I am actually 75% done with the video and NOW I am
adding in some extra source I didn't have before. :P (hehe, well actually
it is special source, so I only need it for one small part...)
I still have quite a few touch ups-to make on the video and need to clean
up some of the edits to make the flow less choppy and more relaxed.
The strangest part of this video is that the lyrics sync almost a little
to well... If that is possible... I am looking forward to completing the
video in the next few days, and I have a great feeling about the whole
project. ...and as usual this is a very unique video and stands out from
my previous creations...

So I am going to rip off Big Big Truck outright!! Okay, just kidding. :)
I am making a Big O video with a very laid back song. I don't know how
soon it will be done, it really depends on how friendly the footage is to
the lyrics of the song.
I want to send the best of luck to Big Big Truck on her Big O video, it
sounds like a very cool idea. I hope you use alot of Dorothy, she's
awesome! =) (My video will have just a little bit of Dorothy...)
Big O isn't a bad series, never mind my initial opinion(which I still some-
times mention, "The show would be better if it wasn't named Big O and Big
O wasn't in the show at all.") Two of my favorite episodes are #9 'Beck
comes Back' and #11 'Daemonseed' (xmas episode).
I actually went a bit nuts and bought the rest of the series after a friend
bought me the first DVD. Fortunately I really enjoyed it, and can't wait
to complete this video! Now, will it work out to be as fun as I hope...?

...and the term begins...

I have been clipping for my new video for the last few days and starting
a new term of classes. Luckily they are all interesting, especially my
Anime class where we are discussing/watching Cyberpunk oriented films/
shows.
My new video will be very laid back, unlike my most recent videos which
were very fast paced. My hope is that this new video will be a sit-back-
and-relax video that the viewer can laugh at. So don't expect flashing
scenes, insane violence, or ragin' music... =)

Odd lyrical sync... no doubt at all.
Completely Ridiculous... definitely.

On an odd note, my Escaflowne-Butterfly video seems to be the one I hear
the most about... not in opinions but in traffic... I think it's a slut(!)
video or something, it seems to travel everywhere! NHMK isn't actually
recognized in the video, instead "SSTS presents..." is. Oh well... not my
favorite piece of work, but one of the building blocks of my editing
experience...
