New anime = good day!

I returned my Fushigi Yugi DVD set that I bought assuming OVA = pre-show...
Of course, I was wrong. Using some amount of intelligence I didn't break
the seal and returned it after I got home and looked up more information
pertaining to the so called "OVA." So instead I picked up the first two
DVDs of "Those who Hunt Elves" and a Guts figure ($19) with airplane-
wing/dragon slayer sword. :)
After one episode of Those who Hunt Elves I am pretty sure I will be buying
the rest of the show. It looks like it should be fun and remain goofy and
funny regardless of the nudity that will likely become a factor as the
show progresses. The show is a little cheesy, but one episode may not
be the best to judge by... The show is 24 eps and each DVD has 6 eps... so
it's at least worth the money... well some might argue that, hahaha.
The Berserk-Guts figure I picked up is awesome!! The airplane-wing is
beautifully casting a shadow onto my wall. The figure is quite detailed and
the airplane wing is as tall as Guts, which is about right. This figure is
based off of the Guts from the first episode, which visually I think Guts
was the most frightening.

My new short video is up, this is an important public announcement! :P
I haven't gotten any negative feedback yet on this video. I think you
will enjoy it and get a few laughs out of it. Don't be another victim,
take the message of the video VERY seriously, before the cancer of Big
Wars spreads!!

Memorial.

I was at a memorial service and the power went... the power also went out on my ftp server. :P The lights are flickering now even. Oh joy! The service was amazing. There were tons of people who knew the person and all had fond memories of him. This was someone I went to school with from elementary through highschool (including graduation). We always shared a mutual level of friendship and respect regardless of our differing interests. I recall that any class where I sat near him was always a lot more fun as we both enjoyed having fun, and being bad students! (hehe) He will be missed and I am glad that have known him. Though after highschool due to our different groups of friends, we never spent any time together. I am not sure that is even that important considering the good times, especially in grade school, that were very memorable. He was genuinely a good person. I think the service proved that as the building was overflowing with people... =)

I wanted to make a fun Cowboy Bebop video and take full advantage of the
excellent animation and incredible chase/action sequences... now someone
may "this is unoriginal and dumb... Cowboy Bebop is in every frickin' video!"
"I don't care, I wanted to make this video to work with the footage and
create an entertaining and fast paced video. I understand that there are
many Bebop vids, but I had an idea and didn't want to pass up the opportunity to have fun editing another new video."
I think that sums up my videos in general! For some weird reason I enjoy editing waaaaayyy too much! =)

Cowboy Bebop Video nearing completion!

I just encoded an Mpeg version and will be going through it tomorrow to
watch for any sync problems, or areas that could use new/different
footage. I think the video has really turned out wonderful. Bebop footage
is very dynamic and fun to work with.
If all is well I might have the video availible for download tomorrow
night! :)
...now I need to make an introduction... nothing fancy though...
