I just had a new excellent idea for a video. But I'm not going to tell anyone about it!!!! Muahahahhah!!!!!
anyway, I just hit the 2 minute mark on my Tenchi Muyo video. At this rate I should have it completed by Christmas/New Years. It's turning out pretty nice, if somewhat melodramatic. I always get fustrated when working on it because it takes so freakin' long to render. I know that it probably just adds up to 10 minutes, but I always feel like ripping my moniter off and telling it "Render, you damn SOB!!!

Well, 'turns out that Maboroshi Studios has already done my Only Yesterday idea. Well, I can't compete to well with videos by this guy, so I'll can that one. I'm really looking forward to seeing it.

Dude! I really need to get going on my Tenchi Muyo video. I have about 1 minutes and 10 seconds completed and tweeked. I want this video finished by Christmas because I know that I'm going to get some ideas out of some of the DVDs I might get for Christmas.
I'm going to upgrade my hard drive to 80 gigs, so I'll be able to work on a few videos at once.

I was just thinking about how new music is developing in our country. I've heard a lot of it, and most of it is pretty weak. Most of the new bands that have come around lately are just posing the sound's of other groups. Like the band Puddle of Mudd for instance; it tries to hard to sound like Nirvana with it's grudngy sound. They have such sentimental and thoughtful lyrics too; "I like ther' way ye smack mai ass"... that's just what the music industry needs right now.
The future of punk music looks bleak as well with poppy bands like Sum 41, the new Blink 182, and Alien Ant Farm. POP IS NOT PUNK! So far the only decent mainstream punk band is Green Day.
The same goes for Nickelback (this is how you remind me of every other band), Bush (THE 90'S ARE OVER!), Staind(It's been a while since I could figure out how to not sound like a dying cow!). There's also the pathetic attempts of Creed(Man..do they(try to)sound like Pearl Jam or what?), Saliva, Disturbed, Slipknot, and Adema.
However, I have found a few new bands that do sound good (too me, anyway).
I like the nu-metal group Mudvayne. Don't let "Dig" give you the whole idea of what they sound like. Most of their songs sound nothing like that. They have other good songs like "Internal Primates Forever", "Nothing to Gein", "Death Blooms", and "Severed". Those songs are examples of the best that heavy metal has to offer.
The Gorillaz also have a cool and unique sound.
