Sing for me...

Shit! This sucks. My girlfriend might go to Juvenile Hall if she keeps up her damn abscenses. I keep on asking her if she needs help with anything but she never says she does. I can't help but feel I need to do something about this even though it is her fault. She brought all of this crap onto herself! Hopefully the bitch (judge) will go easy on her if she doesn't get her assignment finished. Like I said, I've offered to help numerous times but she says she doesn't need it. I guess I'll just call her up tomorrow and see how she's doing. If she hasn't started any of her work I'm going to march on over there and help her whether she wants it or not!
I'd hate to spend my entire summer alone with her at Juvie. I'd hate it so much I might kill myself!
But, I mean, c'mon! It's near the end of the school year. How can they put her away this close to summer? Why must my damn school be so strict about absensces anyway?
She's really a sweet girl though and I try to look out for her as much as I can. She wrote my a nice message in my yearbook as well:
"Hey sweetheart. It's sad that I have so much to say, but I can't think of any way to say it right.
You've been so wonderful to me-you're kind and thoughtful, sweet and respectful. Since I've known you I've gotten much happier and I've matured in a lot of ways that I was unable to before. You make my life happier, and you make me feel special in ways no one else has. God, I could say so much but it wouldn't even come close to telling you how I feel.
Thank you for being such a fantastic boyfriend and friend. You can always turn to me if you need to talk, or be held or *anything*. I'll be there for you. Don't ever be afraid to tell me anything-there's no way I'll ever think any less of you ^_^. Have a great summer. I hope I'll get to spend lots of time with you!
Peace and lots of love,
-September Slater (Hime)"
God! the thought of losing her, even for a short while is going to kill me! We've known each other for almost a year now and we've been unseperatable.
Yeah, we talk *a lot*. Mainly because of my strange depression issues.
Last year I was so down that I tried to take a knife straight through my throat. She stopped me though by grabbing it away from me just before I was about to strike. We were only friends at the time. From then on she's been my only light to keep me away from my depression. We also gained a strong relationship and it's still really strong, if not stronger.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the only time I attempted suicide. Back in middle school I tried to hang myself as well try to overdose on aspirin. The only thing that saved me those times was my sudden thought of "waht the hell am I doing?"
Fortunately I got help for her and my family. I'm now pretty clean, but I still have those days.
By the way, I'm a Freshman and she's a Sophomore.
So yeah...
Man, I'm screwed up!!!

"You do it too yourself, Just you. You and no one else"

I just finished watching and reviewing Kwasek's "Just" video with Radiohead's "Just" synched with the "Stink Bomb" segment of Memories (one of my alltime favorite animes). It's a really great music video. All of you Radiohead fans should grab it as soon as possible!
I just finished my latest Jin-Roh video. So Zerophite, if you're interested, I can mail you a copy. It's probably my best video to date (but then again, I say that about all of my latest works ^_^). The video, again, is gut-wrenching from beginning to end (just like "There Will be An Answer, "Here I Stand (Sad and Free)", and "Exodus: The Long Destiny"). I really liked how the ending turned out and I gave the video a very consistant editing style throughout. However, the video is clocked full of spoilers from beginning to end.
People always ask me if I'll ever make a happy/comedy video. Tss...yeah right. That's not my style. It'll never happen unless a gun is put up to my head. Some of my videos in the future might be slightly less emotionally devistating though ^_^.

Fitter, Happier, More productive....

Wow! what a day! My girlfriend has been late so many times (and absent) that she may have gone to if I didn't turn in some papers for her. Jeez! That's quite the punishement.
Last Friday I went to a dance with my GF and it was pretty fun. It was really hilarious seeing the Freshman ASB president running amok drunk ^_^. I should've brought my camera. There was nothing out of the ordinary besides that, well, there was some sort of sexual act going on in the men's bathroom hehe...
I wore my new Radiohead T-shirt (It has lots of Kid A artwork and lyrics on it, which are mostly from Idioteque) and my silver raver PVC pants (just like Billy Corgan's ^_^). Damn, I didn't know what was up with my girlfriend though. I was trying to dance with her but she was too busy trying to make-out and take my shirt off or something, which is fine ^_^ we just weren't in the right place for that...not that I told her that or anything ^o^
Well, as far as my new Jin-Roh video is concerned, I'm going to have to rent another copy of it to get the footage I want and need. The DVD isn't letting me rip one of the files, plus the last .vob comes off looking like crap no matter how many times I rip it. If that doesn't work, I guess I can go to the last resort and borrow my friends HK DVD *shudders*. Oh well... I just finished the first 2 minutes of the 6:13 second song. It's coming off very well, just how I want it to.
I rented the first volume of Vandread over the weekend. It was pretty good, but nothing really original. I likes the whole premise of "Male vs. Female" (even though that was ripped off from Macross and Gall Force) and the animation was extremely fluid and well put together. The CG was well done as well, animated with a great fluidy and attention to detail . Pilot Candidates, this is not! It's looks more like a big-bidget OVA than a TV series. The female character designs are, what can I say, ridicously beautiful. So as far as animation and art are concerned, I have no complaints.
My only complaint is that the cast is way too large, so much that I can barely keep track of anyone's names. I didn't really like the idea of the robots have giant sweatdrops and *angry* marks come up either, way too cartoonish.

Song of the moment: "Life in a Glass House"-Radiohead
I recently bought Radiohead's Amnesiac album. I already had The Bends and OK Computer. Since I loved both of those albums and I had high expectations for this one. Fortunately, it sounded how I thought it would (very weird and experimental, but really nice music). I remember hearing "Pyramind Song" and "Knives Out" on the radio and seeing their videos on MTV. These songs are the main reason I bought the CD, but once I listened to the whole album I realized that it was loaded with great tracks. My current favorites are "Like Spinning Plates" and "Life in a Glass House" (which I'm thinking about making a video out of with the Metropolis anime)
I recently found a girl at school who is also a big Radiohead fan. Thanks to her, it looks like I'm getting Kid A, Pablo Honey, and lots of unreleased tracks for free! (Well, in exchange for some burned copies of all my Smashing Pumpkins CDs) Kick ass!
My Kenshin OVA video is finally finished. Thank God! It was a ton of work.
It turned out just how I wanted it to though. I don't I put anything in it that I regret. What I loved is that the ending of the video made everyone I showed cry. That's exactly what I wanted ^_^.

Home... Home again. I like to be here when I can.

Well, I got from Sakuracon2002 a couple days ago and it was just a blast! The music video contest was great this year, since there was a very large amount of high quality videos. I'm very happy that "Enigma" won for best emotional video because it was really really excellent. I was hoping that one of my videos would've won something, but oh well, atleast they both got really generous reactions from the audience. It was also really cool meeting ZeroPhite and Haruka. Did I spell those right ^^?
As for my video progress, my Kenshin OVA video has now hit the 4-minute mark out of the 7.5 minute song. I cut down the song so it's about 6 minutes and 50 seconds now. Unless you know the song really really well, it should be nearly impossible to tell.
