JOURNAL: Anime_AJ (Eijie Ashiyama)

  • Check it out! 2006-12-01 16:15:30 Cloud of Sadness (v.2) is now available for download. I have a direct link available on its video entry page.

I have also made a direct link to the original WMM version, which through a mistake is no longer available here at AMV.Org

Check out this great (Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0) remake of "Cloud of Sadness" and let me know what you all think. I'm positive it'll receive good reviews, even with the size. I went to great lengths do the best I could to make it how it is now. I wanted the best video quality, the best sound, to use scenes I previously didn't use, and make it available to everyone for download and viewing. ^_^
  • Remake of a Great (And more on the way!) 2006-11-21 19:26:30 Well, great news everyone, I've remade "Cloud of Sadness". I have yet to upload it because the file is too big to upload to either here at AMV.Org or at my site (animeAJ.com). Its about 1GB and the video quality is superb, the sound quality is excellent, and the timing is dead on! Considering I remade it in Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 I think I've outdone myself with this remake and I'm even more proud of this AMV. I've also added new scenes and put in scenes I was unable to use previously. Again, this AMV is a really large .avi file and it'll be a while before I upload it to the internet. Rest assured I will make it available ASAP.

Also, I'd like to announce ahead of schedule that I will be doing a few remakes over the course of the 2007 year. At least two more of my AMVs from 2006 will be remade. I decided to remake them because of some good Ops I received (particularly one I got for my OMG! AMV). I will be remaking at least five AMVs that I made back in 2005, so expect some good things in the near future! I was considering redoing "Fragile Lives" but I've still got two more planned Naruto AMVs on the way.
  • NEW ANIME MUSIC VIDEO!!! 2006-11-06 13:07:32 Alright everyone! animeAJ here again with more of the insanity that is me. Great news! I've finished my latest anime music video... obviously the title gave that away. So goto www.animeaj.com/amvs.html and download "Fragile Lives", my big Naruto AMV that I planned back in December of 2005. I'll upload it here at AMV.Org shortly but get to my site and download it now since I'm sure no one can wait to see my latest creation.
  • Currently (Dattebayo!!!) 2006-10-31 17:30:23 Well, everyone, just thought I'd check in and let you know what's been going on. So far college is alright, I'm looking for a new place of employment, and I'm nearing completion of my next AMV. That's right! I expected it to take longer but this one is coming along really well and once again Kyain has shown his approval. I may get done with it a month ahead of schedule. What does that mean? 1.) It'll be the last amv of the 2006 year; 2.) I'll use December to earn some money to pay to continue my website through the 2007 year and buy a new external hard drive, as well as finish up my first semester of college.

But with tests up ahead for some of my classes I may have to put off the finishing touches for a few days and release the amv some time next week. Also, election day for State Representatives and State Senate for U.S. Congress is on the way and this will be my second opportunity to exercise my right. Last time I was too busy to vote. I guess when you get into college you find new interests. Its probably from all the learning in the air on campus and all the people you meet and talk to, and the clubs you join when in college.

Anyway, my next amv will be the big Naruto vid I mentioned back in December of 2005. I'm using the guides to help produce higher quality video (compared to my previous amvs) and I think its a sure-fire winner! Believe it! Dattebayo!!!
  • New AMV on the Block! 2006-10-24 20:00:16 Hey everyone, its me again, bringing you more of the addictive insanity that is ME! With a bit of my original styling and lots of editing I've created the next greatest amv of all time!

Well, at least when you compare it to all my other vids. Kyain, the guy who designed my website, says I've out done myself this time. To hear that from him is an honor. To finally achieve the level that he approves of makes me feel that I can do it again. "Blu Mondei" and "Evandragula" were two he had said were good. It was him who helped me make Blu Mondei, and I knew I could do better than that, which is why I made so many in 2005.

So anyway, the new vid by animeAJ is called "Cloud of Sadness" and its FF7: Advent Children put to Korn's "Souvenir" from their new album, See You On The Other Side (other tracks include "Twisted Transistor" and "Coming Undone").
