    I was tired of it Crashing EVERY time i used it
    I was tired of having to check the "deinterlace if under 100%" option
    I wanted to work in 23.976fps
    I wanted to have simple video spfx like "saturation level"

    So I have moved on to Vegas 4.0. I tried to get ulead mediastudio pro to work, but it crashed. =/ Overall I'm very satisfied with Vegas even though the interface took a little bit of time to figure out.
