Another journal entry nobody will read...

Life is...stable. College is good, girlfriends good, bands good and film making is good.
No AMV's, but I do have a teaser of an upcoming live action music video I shot. I'll have it up soon. I'm going to develope a whole separate sub-site for Senpai Productions live action material. The AMV site is just gonna sit there gathering dust. It's unfortunate that such a awesome site is not being put to use. Anyway, I'll have some short films up soon. But for now, I'm takin' it slow and getting back on my feet as far as equipment goes.
Blah...

An end of era..and blah blah blah!

Senpai Productions is moving up. I'm going to take this place much further than amv's now. My career as a filmmaker is getting a lot more serious now. I have a couple of real projects that I'm working on. 2 are music videos and another is a documentary. Here are the basics:
"Children of the C-City" by MC Seville. He's a friend and a talented rap/hip hop artist. This is my first real project as far as live action goes.
"750mg" by MC Seville. This is another one of his songs (one of my favorites) and is the second video we're going to do. It's going to be a great video, so if you like rap/hip hop or you're just an open minded individual, make sure to check it out when it's released.
And last but not least, "King Krown Records Documentary". This is the big one. As the name states, it is going to be a documentary...documenting all aspects of King Krown Records. From DJ C.Matic to Seville. This one will be fun to make and a whole lotta fun to watch!
For more info regarding MC Seville and King Krown Records, feel free to check out their website at One4th.com
All projects will NOT be shot on rinky dink low end consumer digital cameras. Instead, they will be shot with professional, high quality S-VHS camcorders. They're huge, but good god they produce beautiful image quality.
So, that's basicly the latest happenings. I hope you guys aren't disapointed and I hope you all come back to see my future projects. It was a fun ride making amv's and I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for them. Thanks to all who supported and enjoyed my amv's.

New AMV?
2004-06-02 00:01:54
Well, it's been MONTHS since I've touched this thing. A lot has happened since the last time I wrote in this journal. I started college at the Art Institute of California - Los Angeles. I'm getting near the end of the quarter.
My girlfriend and I have had some rough rough times. Her and school are my primary concerns right now, but things are lookin' up.
I've got some inspiration for a new video. As always, I'm not going into details with it because I find myself getting bored of them very often. All I can say is, I'm going to try and go through with this one.
The "Butcher the Weak" dvd is currently on hold for reasons personal reasons I already mentioned. I'm really anxious to finish it.
I'm also lookin' for a part time job so I can buy some new computer equipment. I'm in dire need of an upgrade.
Well, that's pretty much all I have to say for now.

Well, I normally never write in this journal (or any other journal for that matter) to talk about personal complications in my life, but today was an absolute horrid day for me.
I'm gone threw a slew of rejection and missunderstanding througout my whole life from aquiantances (whom I once considered "friends") and family that I'm become so adapted to the feeling I'm practicly immune to it. Today was different. I was just kicked out of the band I was in for reasons I can understand, but even after my constant clarifications on the matters and even apologizing for some of my behaviour, they still gave me the boot. Out of all the crap I've been through, I thought they would be more understanding and offer a second chance. Especially considering that I gave one of the members a chance to redeem themselves in the past when he felt a bit smothered with his parents and wanted to quit the band...I pleaded him not to and even though I felt he slowed down the band, I gave him that chance.
heh...
yet, when I make a mistake that's it. No warning, no second chances. I truly thought I found people that would understand me better than most people...this just goes to show that no one in this world can be trusted.
The blood and sweat I put into tha band to have them say "I think we're better off with someone else" is just an unbarable pain, especially when you consider my passion for music.
bah! Enough of my pathetic life stories, I just needed to vent.
New video in the works....
up senpai!

It took me a while to finish this one, but not because it was difficult to make, but because I was indecisive as to how I wanted it to look. I'm satisfied with the end results.
