My first Halloween party
2006-10-29 02:55:31
Captain's log, stardate 2006.303: I just got back from my first Halloween party, and I must say I had fun. A big thank you to Nicole and her family for allowing me to go. I must also thank everybody who took my side (or something like that) regarding the issue with you-know-who. I really appreciate that. It...means a lot.

I guess it was inevitable, but still...

Captain's log, stardate 2006.295: I found out some...interesting things today. One of them is that, due to the car insurance rates increasing after the accident, I am going to have to get a job. The thing is, I don't think I'm ready to get a job. Not now, anyway.
I don't even want to talk about the other stuff. I just want to know how many people have been lying to me.

I REALLY don't need this right now...

Captain's log, stardate 2006.292: What the HELL did I do to deserve this? First I find out that my friend's mother has filed a restraining order against me, and now that same friend is mad at me, AGAIN. This makes no sense.
What did I do, *******? Whatever it is, I'm sorry. I mean that. Is it because I always sit with you at lunch on Wednesdays? Is that it? I sit with you because I enjoy your company. I like hearing what you have to say.

The best laid plans...
2006-10-10 16:11:56
Captain's log, stardate 2006.283: My plan was simple. Take the Golf to the Volkswagen dealership to get the hood latch fixed and come back. Well, the first part of that plan worked out okay, but on the way home, I got in an accident. The Golf was broadsided as I was attempting to turn into a Shell station. The side airbags for the right side went off, but I wasn't hurt (aside from wounded pride), and neither was anybody else. The Golf, on the other hand...it might not be repairable. The rocker panel on the right side was bent, which indicates the frame might be damaged. My dad's response to my asking him whether he thought it could be repaired wasn't what I thought it would be. In any case, the accident was my fault, and I admitted it as such.
