U.S.S. Galaxy, captain's personal log: Lately I've been asking myself what my "dream" is. I haven't had an answer to that question, until just now: I want to make a difference. I want history to look back on me and say "Michael Spadaro was a great man, who did great things" (or a great thing). I want to have an impact on peoples lives. There's a girl I know who is younger than me. Her name is Clair Nichols, and I want to make a difference in her life.

Captain's log, stardate August 22, 2005: Had wisdom teeth removed on Saturday; mouth hasbeen in pain ever since. On the plus side, this means I get as much ice cream as I want. On the minus side, well, YOU try going for a week with your mouth in pain.

Captain's log, stardate August 19, 2005: God, I HATE spam. Then again, who doesn't? Seriously, I'm starting to wonder if Yahoo! is in league with the spammers. I say this because I'm a member of some Yahoo! groups, and some of them are INFESTED with spam. Its like Yahoo! has some sort of agreement with the spammers, you know?

Captain's log, stardate August 10the 2005: We returned from New York late last night, and I have to say I learned and saw a few things while there, and on the way to and from there, such as: You ever heard the phrase "rolling hills of Ohio"? Well, I can tell you, it ain't just a phrase. The interstate in that state goes through some pretty hilly regions. I also stopped in a store called "Hammergirl Anime" in New York. I picked up a Full Metal Panic? FUMOFFU DVD, volumes 1, 7, and 8 of the Full Metal Panic! manga, and a book on the Full Metal Panic! anime. I also saw some funny shirts in Japanese.

U.S.S. Galaxy, captain's personal log: Tomorrow we leave for Rochester, New York, on a week-long trip. We're going there because my sister wants to check out a college there. I hope the hotel has computers in our room, with internet access. I hate being cut-off from the outside world. I started making use of the "OnDemand" feature of Comcast cable, and discovered they show the Anime Network on it. This led to the discovery of "Full Metal Panic" and Full Metal Panic: FUMOFFU". Pretty good shows, they are. I haven't laughed that hard in a while. I got a microphone for my computer a few weeks ago, and recorded my voice for my "personal mod" for Star Trek: Armada II. I'm still a little...surprised that my voice sounded like that. I rented Need For Speed Underground 2 last Friday, and played it most of Friday (a little over 12 HOURS!) and the weekend. Oh, and I got in a car accident last Tuesday.
