Homecoming Weekend @ Queen's...

Totally awesome. I finally got to go visit my girlfriend at Queen's Univeristy, and it was a blast of a weekend. I got to see her campus, meet her friends, go to her parties, participate in Queen's events, and best of all spend non-stop time with her! ^_^
Last night was intense when it came to finishing my homework. I had a project due today, and since I was gone all weekend, I had to do it when I got home, which was late. I could have been home earlier, but my girlfriend and I played rock, paper, scissors to see if I should take the evening bus or the late night bus. I lost, so that meant I had to stay later. What a shame. ~_^
After a nice nap during my lecture, it's time to catch up on the television I missed on the weekend.
Kevin (Anime Jedi) - It may finally be over... 2004-10-20 05:30:00 I just beat Tales of Symphonia. I can't believe it. This was the game that never ended. I remember preparing to face the final boss something like 8 hours worth of game play ago. ANYWAYS, I finally did it and took some pictures of course just to prove it to myself. I'm so tired now...

What may just be the worst day of my life...

Yesterday was brutal. It all started that very morning, and I mean just after midnight. I need to go out to Studio (24 hour work studio for Architecture students), but get held up by friends and stuff. Nothing too bad. Finally I get to Studio, and start working. All seems great, until I fall asleep at 3:30am, and only wake up at 5:30am. Wasted 2 hours right there!
Next, when my Studio class comes around (9:00am), I'm still trecking away. Finally I decide to take a break and work on some homework for another class since I had been doing Studio work all night. When my teacher sees this, she flips! Then when reviewing my work, she has nothing good to say since I had already bugged her by not working on my project in class.
Since I couldn't finish my homework for that other class, I race to my room to finish. Of course I never did. My only hope was that he wasn't going to pick it up. Only about a ¼ of the class' projects are picked up each week, and of course this time I was unlucky enough to have mine picked up. -_-
Later that class, we get a surprise quiz. No problem, except for one unexpected thing to happen... I fell asleep! My teacher handed me a quiz personally, and when I started reading the instructions, I fell asleep on the paper. No one noticed. At the end, my neighbour poked me wondering why I hadn't handed in my quiz yet. I woke up wondering what was going on! I raced after the professor and gave him my blank quiz with only my name on it. This is what I told him "I'm very sorry, here's my quiz. I know, it's blank. I apologize, but I fell asleep and didn't write any of it. Go ahead and do what you want with it. I suppose you can even throw it out" He gave me this weird look, and went into his office. -_-
After class, I tried getting a picture from Prom photocopied. The guy took many tries at it. The first one he gave me wasn't on a good quality paper, so it was no good. Then the next made myself and my date look like orange people. Finally the third was decent. I'm still not positive about it, but I'll give her the oppotunity to take it. If not, I'll go somewhere else and make a better one.
Later, I'm talking to my girlfriend on the phone. And guess what happens? I fall asleep! Next thing I know, I wake up an hour later wondering why I have the phone next to my ear. Once I hang up, she calls back wondering what in the world is going on. She heard me sleeping on the other end of the phone, and couldn't wake me up. She decided to hang up and call me later. Supposedly I had hung up the phone, and she called back, but I slept through the rings. She was really mad. And I give her credit, she had the right to be mad. What kind of respect is that, that I can't even stay awake when talking to her? From now on, I should get at least a decent amount of sleep, or at least not talk on the phone in the dark, lying on my bed with my blankets over me. The very least I could is stay awake for her. -_-
Well, that finished off that horrible day.
Today's been ok. Lots of work as usual. And the rest of the week will most likely be the same since I need to finish off some projects early so I can visit my girlfriend at her University this weekend. Gotta make it up to her somehow... ~_^

When each day feels like three...

This has been one insane week. The week may have only started on Tuesday because of Thanksgiving Monday, but it's definitely felt like one of the longest I've had all year.
I suppose trying to pull two all nighters back to back may have had something to do with it. I was up early Tuesday to work on a project, and after some classes, worked all night on it. Funny, that feels like last week it was so long ago... Anyways, finally handed in that project in on Wednesday, only to work all that evening and night on sketches and making models. I continued until this morning, went to one class (slept through the whole thing) and had it done in time. After a lecture, and a little phone chat, here I am. I'll admit I probably got around 5 hours of sleep this whole time though, since I slept in some classes, and collapsed on my bed right after my lecture today... That's why I say each day feels like three. Daylight hours is one day. Nightime hours is another day. And squeeze in another day because within this whole time, I'm going to be exhausted. But anyways, I'm definitely going to enjoy a good night's rest tonight!
2 month Anniversary with my girlfriend! =^_^=
I just bought Samurai X: Reflection the other day. It's good, but not nearly as good as Trust and Betrayal. Ok, no more anime buying for a while now. Too much money it gone. lol
