Birthday

Yay, my birthday is tomorrow. I'm going to be 16 years old. Guess I'm going to have to update my profile. lol. Other than that, There's really nothing else that's special, if you consider my birthday special. lol.
But for today, I'm still tired. I went to THE EX yesterday in downtown Toronto. It was pretty big. Big enough that I didn't even get to go on all the rides. There was carnival stuff (booths), rides, shows, band performances, a nice big centre for food, and a lot of trades. I went into this art center, just browsing, and found a bit of anime. I found Blue Sub. No. 6, but only eps 2 on DVD. One episode per DVD, I don't know how fair that is. Then I found Akira, but that was also expensive. Then Princess Mononoke and Ninja Scroll, but I have Princess Mononoke and have seen Ninja Scroll, so I went on.
Then I saw some Japanese Drumming, and that was really cool. After, we went to Ontario Place, which is right accross from THE EX. But we were already tired, so we didn't do too much. Ended up going home at 8:30pm. I didn't really care, no fun if you're half asleep. - My new room ^_^ 2002-08-25 22:10:56 I finally got my new room! It's in the basement. Which is very nice in the summer, because it's cooler than the rest of the house. My dad and I moved all the furniture in, and then I placed everything it the right places. I just love it down here. =) This will be my first night in this room, so it will be a little weird. The room has no windows =( , which is unfortunate, so I'll need to depend on my clocks more often. My computer is all set up, and I'm using it right now. All I need now is to finish up bringing down my clothes from my closet and some junk on the ground. ^_^

Normally I like it when it rains, but not today. I was planning on meeting some friends and having lunch. Then we were going to do a little back to school shopping. No such luck though. It started raining this morning, and hasn't stopped yet. It's lunchtime now, so I'll have to eat here. :(
Nothing really to do. I'm just worried it's going to rain tomorrow. It had better not, because I'm planning on going golfing. I don't golf too often, so I need the practice. I just barely broke 100 last time, and need a lot of practice putting.
Still bored. Maybe I'll go for a swim. I always find it really cool to go swimming when it's raining. You go to the bottom and watch the rain hit the top of the pool.
Bored and getting hungry. I could always watch Evangelion: Death & Rebirth again. I've only watched it about 5 times these past 2 weeks, and I'm starting to get a good grasp of the whole concept.
Tired. I can't believe I'm still sore from soccer. And that was 2 days ago. I guess that's what happens when you don't play for a whole week (Montréal).
Guess I'll go find some new AMVs. But I only have 157MB left on my hardrive! Looks like I'll have to delete some more. :( - My room 2002-08-19 22:39:19 Lately, I've been getting bored with my room. Not only that, in the summer, it gets way too hot, with all the time I spend on my computer. So, I've decided, and with my parents permition, I'll move into the basement. No, not the whole basement, just one room. I know friends that their basement is only one room, but mine was meant to be able to be rented, so the whole thing is like an apartment. I really like it down there. My computer is already there, all I have to do is move out the furniture and get my stuff in. Don't know when that'll be, hopefully by my birthday, which is coming up. ^_^

Well, I'm finally home.
Today, I had to get up extra early to go to the train terminal as a pre-caution. Montréal has practicaly all of its bridges being worked on and to get there, the brige we take is retractable. So, boats may need to use it, and that would leave us late.
Anyways, we (my brother, Jason, and I) got up at 6:30 and left by 8:00am. We were there with plenty of time to spare, 45mins to be exact. So later, we boarded. Then we found out that we had to wait another 30mins because we needed to wait for a transfer train from Halifax. After that was done with, we left and enjoyed our 5 hour train ride home. Made it to our destination safe and sound, so that would conclude my journal for my visit to Montréal.
