"I Think of You" is out. the search continues. actually, i've been giving this Res song "Tsunami" a good listen, and i can already see a lot of the video in my head...

my weeks-long creativity draught is finally coming to an end, methinks. good lord, i've never been so unproductive. it was horrible.
video concepts are running wild in the streets, and i'm eager to get these down, before someone beats me to them -- er *ahem!* before... yeah. before someone beats me to them.
ok, this is NOT exhaustive; dozens of my old concepts are still on the masterlist and receiving my undivided attention. ..well, _nothing_ gets my undivided attention, but i digress. the new concepts follow:
Vision of Escaflowne (& the Escaflowne movie if needs be) with---
oh yeah, IF ANYONE STEALS THESE, I'LL TOTALLY EXPOSE YOU--- "I Think of You" by Ivy. how did this not occur to me before?! Ivy! it's bleeding perfect! anyway, i've been wanting to make an Escaflowne romance video, since i can't seem to find any that just RRRREALLY blow my skirt up. so there it is. i'll be getting to this one in a few. decades. @_@
wait a tick, that's the only new one. well then, old ones at the top of my list:
THIS ONE! I SWEAR,.. I SWEAR, TERRIBLE THINGS WILL HAPPEN! THIS IS _MINE_! Cowboy Bebop with "Beautiful Day" by U2. yeah, sounds generic enough - i'd probably die of cringing if i stepped outside myself. but i have a sentimental video in mind, one that plays on all the little moments that make the show beautiful. you know, the scene where jet is doing laundry and telling ed a story - she, rocking around in the laundry basket, hanging on his every word. ::falls out of chair:: the character dynamics tear my poor little heart out. anyway. i've been sitting on this concept for entirely too long, so it will, most likely, be the next video i make.
and ah! there's another that i'd love to mention, but it's a surprise for a friend. suffice it to say, my return to the Action Video will be __so much fun. ::does the sprinkler::
until then, i'm getting my ass handed to me by the venerable mononoke and ah my goddess vids. i'm hoping to finish at least one of them soon. - 2003-01-27 15:25:05 i hate that kenshin org banner. i mean, i really can't stand it. what the hell was i thinking of?

That PPC had his game controller hooked up where my Dazzle used to be! Damn you, Trebek! LOL i *swear* i checked the cords a HUNDRED TIMES, but alas, i'm a hopeless douche! it somehow managed to escape my attention that the Dazzle USB was just layin' around. you know, chillin. livin. hahaha... do i SUCK!
anyway, i've captured clips for my Ah! My Goddess video. i tried editing some tonight, but i just ended up un-doing everything, as usual. hopefully i'll have this project off the ground tomorrow.

Lobbying For the 36-Hour Day

installed my new 80-gig harddrive today. sweet. (would've installed it yesterday, but i hadn't slept at all the night before, and quite frankly, i was a shell of my former self. sat around all day until 7, nearly comatose, fighting sleep as best i could, in an attempt to get back into a semi-natural sleep cycle. so much for that.
anyway. the 80 gigs are good. unfortunately, my Dazzle up and decided it didn't want to work anymore, so the Ah! My Goddess video i planned on starting - and finishing - today.. well, i didn't start OR finish ANYTHING. plan on doing it tomorrow. (in my rage, i decided to download the entire movie. ... *glances at AMG dvd lying on the floor* ...the sad, sick ironies of life.)
finally got around to joining deviantArt. (why do i wait?) 43 pieces of my work are up - and receiving great feedback! it's really an awesome community there, much better than i gave it credit for.
eyewash 2.0 is off to a FABULOUS start. and i mean, the layout is divine!.. if i may say so. but seriously. i think i'm onto something... CANNOT WAIT to get it finished and on the server for all to see. haven't forgotten the triple strike, Task. all i need is one more banner and some content. it's a one-evening job.
got a pantload of new anime - Violinist of Hameln, Escaflowne, and Excel Saga. full series (serii?). and i'm not even done watching El-Hazard! agh! there's so much to dooooooo!!!..... *panics*
