- The Catalog 2002-10-13 10:40:48 Well I was going to help someone move today but that has been postponed so now I have all day to work on the distribution center's catalog system. I'm trying to brain storm a way to have a single form I edit which then makes changes on my system (so I can keep track of where the master discs are stored and how often each disc gets requested) and at the same time shows those changes on the web site without having to do double entry on new CDs. Should be fun =P

It got "stickied" within minutes of being posted. Now hopefully people will check out the center's web site (http://homepage.mac.com/red_wolf/Distro) before asking a lot of repetitive questions as happened with the last thread.

New Best Buy

A Best Buy store just opened in my town this weekend so of course I had to go and check it out. It is smaller than most of the other Best Buys I've been to before but the drive is a lot better. I was mainly interested in their DVD section. For movie they have a great selection and their box sets aren't too bad. I was a little disappointed in the anime section, though. The section was totally unmarked and a bit smaller than the select I have found at other Best Buys (probably due to the size issue). They did have a good mix of anime though, no over loading of DBZ or anything. However it was mainly large titles present which is good for me and my almost non-exsistant anime collection but not for anyone with a good collection.

2. Name the freakin' distro (open to suggestions, red_wolf@mac.com or redwolfamv on AIM).
3. Download MP3s from the more finalized NES Project list (grooving to those this morning).
4. Check out the new Best Buy opening this weekend 5 miles from my apartment =)
In The News:
Got a nice USB extended keyboard (by Macally) for free yesterday (have I mentioned on here I love work?). Now I'm really thinking about getting a 17" or 19" monitor and setting up a permenate dock for my iBook at home.
