JOURNAL: InuJoshua (**MOVED** **MOVED**)

  • 3/31/05 2005-03-31 16:36:43 You know how sometimes people will do a tribute video? You know, a video about a certain character and their personality? Come on, I'm sure you have at least one. Well, I was in the shower last night thinking about AMV's when a thought occured to me.

What about a tribute video for a VOICE ACTOR??

Think about it. This could work with either Japanese or English. Well, I thought about it, and I came up with one. Add it to my list, I guess. As for the second Elfen Lied video, I'm still trying to put it together.
  • 3/30/05 2005-03-30 02:51:24 Okay, so I was taking a shower, and I was thinking about one of my favorite AMV's, when I got an idea for a second Elfen Lied AMV. I'm pretty sure the idea will work; I just have to see if I'll have enough footage to make the video. I won't add the idea until I know for sure, so the idea count still stands at 11.
  • 3/21/05 (or, OMFG!!!!!!) 2005-03-21 15:20:00 Well, I'm back from spring break, and HOLY F***ING SH**!! ADV is saying that they're going to be releasing Elfen Lied on DVD around May 17th! I've never been so giddy in my life. I WILL be buying this because it one of the greatest of all time. I almost can't wait that long; let's see, it's how long?

TWO MONTHS?!?!? Oh God, I'll die before then!

Okay, I just have to remember to breathe. Well, I'm off to Spanish class, and then to anime club this evening, so I guess I'll holla atcha later!
  • 3/11/05 2005-03-11 18:38:19 So, spring break has come at last to claim my soul. A whole week away from UGA is gonna be great, especially after the hell that was these past two weeks. Anyway, I have some time for a new journal entry before I leave.
Let's see; where do I start? Ah, here we go. I recently finished watching Elfen Lied. I must say that it is one of the best anime that I have ever seen. It's got almost everything; drama, horror, comedy, romance--almost anything you could think of. I would recommend it to anyone, though I must say it contains a good bit of bloody violence and nudity, as well as a few scenes that are just plain sickening, so if you've got a weak stomach, do NOT watch Elfen Lied.
Anyway, after seeing it, I started getting ideas for an AMV. I also got a little inspiration from another AMV by irgendjemand titled "Bring Her to Life." (It's a good vid; kinda simple, but put together quite well; I would recommend it to any Elfen Lied fan.) So now I have one more AMV idea floating in my head.
While we're on that subject, I recently thought of an AMV concept that I was sure had been done already. Turns out it had not. This kinda made me upset. So, I decided to take up the project myself, and unless someone else makes this video, It is on my list.
Well, I guess that's about it. Hopefully something eventful will happen in the next week so I can write (type, I should say) about it here. Until then, this has been InuJoshua; thank you and good night.
  • 2/20/05 2005-02-20 00:57:16 Well, I forgot one for a second, so I actually have 8 video ideas.

And to be honest, I thought of another one earlier today, so that makes 9. Holy crap, I need to find some software. It really sucks that the UGA bookstore doesn't sell Adobe Premiere. Though I probably wouldn't buy it anyway; everything in there's high as a frikkin' kite.
