I've never done this before, replying to other people's journals.... 2007-03-13 22:48:02 @CrackTheSky - I know exactly how you feel, and it makes me feel damn blessed sometimes to know I live in an area where I /can/ find solitude when I need it. A suggestion, go out for a run after nightfall, nothing huge, just something to clear shit away, and if you want, get a set of earplugs to go with you. (Just make sure you don't get hit by traffic >_>)

I've also totally blinded my room (only one window, so a set of nice shades did the trick quite easily) so at night, it's as dark as I want it to be.

Final solution, take a trip somewhere way out, go camping somewhere, it's mindlowing just how much the city takes away from us.
