so anywho... i gotta study for finals...but my brain seems to coincidently malfunctions whenever these come up. ah well, i don't feel like doing anything right now. heh...go figure. -

i've seen so many vids these past few days, and i have yet to review them. i'm not much of an expert when it comes to making these vids (lets face it, i've only been introduced to this a couple days ago.) but i do know good taste when i see it. some of these reviews i've been seeing are really nit picky. they even give the time on the vid where the mistake is. what's up with that?! no one can get timing perfect, shesh! i mean, some of those comments could be helpful i suppose...but some are just plain out wack! what really makes a good vid is the connection between the theme and the song, pulling it all together so that the lyrics (if any) actually can portray what clips are used, and if its interesting enough to grasps the watchers attention and emotion. if you're going to pull off a drama music vid, make sure you got the right music and the right clips that can relate to the music and theme. another thing that's important is if the vid can actually capture the theme. you can always pick nice clips and a perfect song to match...but sometimes some people just screw it up. i don't know...but go figure. heh! anywhoo....what goes on goes one...so i'll just shut up on this and go on to my reviewing... ah well, i can always do those later.
first off....gotta take care of finals....then i get to go home! ^_^ >sigh< it'll be good to go back home and have a vacation from all this insanity. heehee.

ah, well...these things turned out to be more entertaining then i expected. now i spend a lot of time trying to search for cool amv's then studying for finals (which happens to be next week.) heh....the dread of death slowly creeps upon me....heh =
anywho....i can always get back and the source....later...perhaps....i'm still blaming it on the one who started all this mayhem. he who hooked me to watch anime for, like what, six hours straight (perhaps even more)... well into the morning. eh, go figure.
on a brighter side....there's nothing like watchin a cool vid that captures the story line so gracefully. if ever there was as much grace in anime as there was in its art, amv's (GOOD amv's...i can't stress that enough) brings it out.
i've been searchin around and checkin out various music vids and sometimes i come across a good one, then other times i come across crap. i mean, i wonder if these guys realize that what they put out there isn't good. i give those guys props for commin out there and wanting to show off they're stuff. but some just show off crap. like they don't know what's entertaining and what's crap. like they can't tell the difference. some have great efforts and totally are one the right track...they just need practice. others on the other hand....well, you know the crap.
so on goes the seach for the coolest amv's....heehee ^_^ -

well, i was scanning through the top amv lists and i came across the proxy list. they had interesting vids there, unfortunately unavailable for download. ah well, but i did find this interesting one. he's pretty good too...got some neat awards from video contests for his vids. i must say....he does seem to do a good job on capturing the story and the mood. check out his vids: feanor.myip.org/movies.html
wonder if anyone ever reads this.... =P - begining 2002-03-10 12:43:57 ahh...so begins my journey through anime vids and constant opinions. all due to jose =P heehee....anywhoo....its quite interesting to watch all these anime music vids even though i haven't watched anime in years. (well, good anime anyway.) these vids have gotten me to get interested in anime once again and now i'm itching at a chance to watch these anime. ahh well, maybe one day. heehee ^_^
