I can't believe this crap!!
Ok, this is whats happening. Last year I had car insurance and I went down to the place where I bought it and paid them 4 money orders. One for 918, 500, 499 and 307.
I found out earlier this year that my license was suspended b/c of lack of insurance during the time that I paid the money orders.
I called my insurance company and they said they never recieved any money from me other than the 918.
I then went to the agency (the place I purchased the car insurance) and showed them all of my reciepts from when I paid them.
I was able to get refunded the 918 from my car insurance company but there were 3 other money orders not accounted for.
I went to Amscott where I got them and to make a long story short, they were able to refund me the 307 one b/c it was never cashed but apparently the other two were.
I worked with the agency and put a tracer on the other two. One of them came back. It showed that one of the agency's employees added her name to the payable to and went and deposited it to her bank account (the 500 money order). The 499 I'm still waiting on, I should get it Monday or something.
Anywho, we filed a police report and now the owner has to come in (at the agency) and him and the manager are going to 'talk' about getting me my money back.
I'm sorry but I didn't make the money order out to that girl, It was to my insurance company and she added my name and deposited it several days later.
Am I wrong?? Because they are implying that I have to go after that girl and sue her.... She didn't steal the money from me, she stole it from the company days after I paid them.
If they are going to put a girl in the position to take money, then they are responsible for their employee's actions. It's their problem how they get that money back from her, but in the mean time, they still owe me the money!!!!
WTF people???? I'm not stupid, you can't tell me it's my fault or rather, tell me it's my problem when I didn't do anything wrong!!! She stole from you! Not me!
If you don't want to be responsible, than you shouldn't tell your clients that they can pay their car insurance there!!! And further more, when I'm done, their name is going to be all over the freaking news with a supeonea from my lawyer! -

Well I took a break.... does 2 days count??? Coundn't take it any longer. I think it's a sick condition that I have. I should look up AMV syndrome or something.
Uploaded the new AMV today. Don't know how it's going to do. I made the thing while I was mad, tired and had a headache.
GRRRR men.... I think the amv plays out my feelings just about right though... hehe. -

Got my latest AMV up and running.
I've made so many music videos within a short amount of time that I think I'm burning out. Either that or I've looked at these stupid clips so many times over that I can tell you the whole thing in my sleep.
Maybe I should take a break. Need some new inspiration.
