To all considering quitting AMVs

Wow, first off, interesting I'm posting so many journal entries...
As Fluxmeister has mentioned, I think if anyone is considering quitting AMVs b/c theirs aren't as "good" as Koops, I think you should seriously think about why you're making AMVs. I (and hopefully many of you) make videos for myself. I hear a song, see a vision and want to see if I can recreate it. It's more for my sanity than anyone else. Sorry to say it, but I generally don't care what people think of my work (sorry, I know that sounds mean). Basically, this is a hobby that I do for FUN and if I am happy with my work that's all that matters.
By no means does this mean I wouldn't mind creating an "awesome" video that everyone loves, but first and foremost I go out to please myself (not like that you sick bastards). Also, I think "good" and "awesome" are things that are relative. If your work is "good" or "awesome" to you, what else matters? I know having other people think the same validates this even further for yourself, but if you're happy...well...you're happy.
Again, to all those who are considering quitting....just think about why you're doing this and if you're having fun and hopefully that'll be enough to keep you involved in such a fun and creative hobby. I'd hate to think of losing so many potentially great videos that may not be created now.

I talked to Hsien last night and he *claims* they didn't know tomorrow was April 1st, so I guess I'll believe on April 2nd :).
Regardless, I don't think it's as "shocking" as everyone is making it out to be. It doesn't realy change anything does it? He will still make great videos as will the MTT gang regardless of what "group" they are in. And from my understanding, they are pretty close group of friends anyway so... -

After an 4 month hiatus, I have hosting and have put up my videos. In the past, I only had "Believe in Me" registered. I have added "Battery" and my newst video, "I Don't Belong Here." Battery is pretty old, but again I had no hosting. I hope you enjoy the two "new" ones and anything else.
