I have never seen that before!
Well, granted I've only got 3 videos and I haven't observed the other two clearly enough, but I just noticed in the past couple of days such an erratic pattern to the star average counter.
My video, Stand Your Ground, steadily climbed to about 3.8. All of a sudden it skyrocketed to 4.15 in less than 2 days. Now about 24 hours later I see that the counter has gone down again to 3.93...
Dang!
To me it's not so much that it's gone down but the fact that there have been plenty of differing opinions on my video that has intrigued me. Now if only they tell me why they decided that way by leaving an opinion :D -

I just realised something... well, it's not really odd, but the last few journal entries I've had all had titles that sounded confused had I been the reader... All of them were asking something, usually about something that occured to me recently...
To continue with that tradition, the same applies here I suppose... I still don't have any idea what I should do with what I have... what was it... yeah, time...

Maybe I should get back to some editing. -

You know what? I actually am itching to get a review.
When I started uploading my first video to the org I was more like, eh, I have an account, I should contribute...
And then I got 1 opinion.
Boy, was I excited.
But after then I've uploaded another 2 videos, and watched my hits counter do quite well for itself as well as the downloads counter and the star average. To this day though I only have a total of 5 opinions...
*sigh*
I think to myself sometimes, would it have been better if I had gotten no opinions at all from the start? I mean I would definitely not be always expecting something to come if nobody started it...
So I've come to the conclusion that if a person gets opinions, they should be given enough or more to keep them satisfied. Otherwise don't give them any at all so that they don't get used to the attention.
Yeah, in case you haven't notice... this is a cry for help... I mean opinions... LOVE ME!!!! -

Damn... I feel all good inside... someone left an opinion of my video... even before I uploaded it on the org XD
Yeah, she (I think it was a she), saw my video in Sakura Con... and actually, she watched my video much more keenly than I have ever... that or I just don't have as good an attention span as she did... she mentioned that in a part of the video where the lyrics said "close my eyes" the scene actually showed an "opening of eyes"...
Well anyway, the hubbub is dying now... I think...
The hits rate seem to be taking a roller coaster ride... one day I'm seeing perhaps only 5 hits added while on other days I can see up to 25 added...
I need to get on to my next project as soon as possible... I want it done for another AMV competition, but this one is a little more local... AVCon...
I'd say that this one is the more 'prestigious' AMV competition around town... but that's because I haven't made my convention's competition worthy enough yet of that title... it's gonna be big this year though, both my convention's and AVCon. -

I certainly wouldn't have guessed that I will come Runner-up in Sakura Con in their Action/Adventure category...
Wow...
And to tell you the truth, Stand Your Ground has been one of the hardest videos I've had to make and finally submit and even upload to the org. Somehow or other it just wanted to stay with me and me alone...
