I finally found a use for my pic space in My Profile. I've tinkered around with some sort of mix between a fanfic and webcomic (ie. I'm using existing anime as the story telling medium but at the same time, I'm using completely different storylines, and as original as most webcomics, as in not copied... mostly).
Anyway, the one I have up there now is nothing more than my first ever attempt some while back. I just wanted to put together something for a forum RPG I participated in in Anime Academy. So most likely the characters I mention there are not going to be ones you are familiar with.
My next one, I plan, will hopefully be based on more familiar characters, namely those commonly found around the forums around here... I will also be shifting anime quite a bit, but once I find the right anime character for each person, I'll probably stick to that...
Hopefully, you will all be avid watchers as I put this together.

Ok, no new updates on the state of Project Dawn but that shouldn't be a suprise since things have become annoyingly slow in the past few months due to the fact that hard drive space is lacking seriously at this moment and impeding me from even ripping out scenes...
What I'm here to point you to though is something I've been working on for quite a while, though it shouldn't have taken as long as it did to happen. Sorry if you were expecting this to be the AMV TV that I mentioned some months ago (that idea has hit a definite snag that is getting harder and harder to solve)... Still, the announcement is no less good, in my opinion.

Project Dawn - intermission

I'm not going to add to this the number of hours I spent on Mai Hime but definitely this is going in. I think I want to play the minor parts of this show and incorporate it to phase 1 but really I want to make an AMV of this entirely on its own one day so I want to save some good bits for later :D
Anyway, I am really loving this anime... I don't know why I haven't watched it sooner. Well, university life is once again starting up for me. It's the second semester of what I'd hope to be my final year but as it turns out that may not be the case at all.
It's still possible for me to finish up at the end of this year but I decided not to. I just saw my grades from last semester and I figured that the only way to keep them this good would be to not do as many subjects this semester. I really want to do very well in my thesis as well which I am still doing... *sigh* but fear not, everything has its place and my AMV production is not halting for this :D -

Ok... yosh... though I didn't intend on doing any work on it just yet, I actually managed to do a bit more research today. There were just so many awesome and useful clips to add from School Rumble that I couldn't just let my pen and paper stare at me like that...
So in total, I spent about 6 hours or so on this phase. It's not exactly on my itenerary, but it was a nice addition nonetheless... so much more to do, so little time to do it. -

Yeah... 'see the light' is what I'm reading from the banner that I am currently seeing in this window...
Well... it's time to reformat the computer... so that's further delay with Project Dawn... still, I have time, I think, to slack off a bit... at least for Phase 2 anyway...
Ok... back to it I guess... oh... umm... wait... nah, forget it... my brain is still hazy after having just returned from my friends place where for the last 3 days we had continuous anime marathon... at any one time there was at least one person awake watching something... and I myself had not enough sleep :D
