not that easy
2005-10-22 07:00:17
Well, just like AMVs, I guess my concentration is nowhere near as good as it once was... I need to get back that focus I got back when I was sitting my final exams in high school.
I'm here writing this journal when I should be sitting and working my ass off... and I was lucky to be given the time actually to fully study for this... and I'm wasting it... still wasting it...
Gah, I'll get back to it at around 1AM... I'm more awake at that time usually.
Now, go download my videos!
Get my latest video actually... it seems to be getting some of the best star ratings I've seen in recent times... but then again, I always seem to be getting good star ratings from the start. I have a theory on that... I'll post it up on:

one more to go
2005-10-20 10:57:58
Just telling you that tomorrow is the last day of uni... and my final assignment is due in tomorrow, which I've had done for quite some time now anyway.
Still, after that, it's exam mode... but essentially there's only one to worry about, which is on Tuesday...
After that it's Iron Chef time... and back to business here at amvience studios.

500 hits finally
2005-10-18 10:08:35
Well... now that that's over... it's time for 1000!
Anyway, today was a huge relief for me... except for the fact that I'm competing for Online AMV Iron Chef... tis gonna be interesting... but stressful perhaps? I don't know, we'll see :D
Only one more major thing before I can concentrate entirely on passing exams at this point in time.
Yesterday I had my thesis presentatin. Typically there are only 3 professors on the judging panel, but since ours was such a massive undertaking and many were interested, we ended up with 5 panelist then.
Today, I had my Electronics design project assessed. The report we wrote counted got a score of 84/100 and our actual circuit got us 83/100. So that's good, even though the capacitor started to smoke in the middle of demonstration... it was rather worrying, particularly if it exploded in the face of the lab demonstrator.
As well, we had our listening test in Japanese, which I am quite confident I did fairly well in. I really needed the marks for that one because when Manifest came around as well as my thesis, I just haven't been able to devote as much time to Japanese as I wanted. hopefully the 2 weeks before the exams I can have enough time to study all the vocabs and the kanjis... THE BLOODY KANJIS!!!
Anyway, the last thing to worry about is tomorrow's speaking test for Japanese. I'm confident I know my lines. I just hope I don't freeze up and we don't go under time.
Well, I already constructed the website I had to construct for Operating Systems subject... so that's nothing to worry about, even though it's on Friday.
Now... I can concentrate on Wai-Con and making my AMV entry for that... it's going to be a tough month ahead. Not to mention Online AMV Iron Chef.

averaging
2005-10-17 06:46:22
Hmm... that seems to be an average... 15 hits...
I think I've had more, and certainly some less... but yeah, 15 hits per day seems to be average... and with a slot for latest journal entries on the main page at around a dozen people only, it's not surprising.
