  • so... tired... 2006-02-19 08:10:58 My eyes are a scratch away from bleeding...

    My legs are jelly-like... probably shouldn't have run in the park at dusk...

    I didn't think it really happens, but my face was sort of twitching, I suppose I just smiled a little too much... then again I couldn't help it...

    It was somewhat cold... for a supposed emulation of a Spring Festival (duh, it is the complete opposite in this hemisphere)...

    So yeah... Osaka Festival... came and went... and once more I enjoyed the outdoors... enjoyed finding friends... and then avoiding them :D

    Enjoyed my time with Sun... *le sigh... (that's a good sigh :P)

    Yet at the end of the day (or night, since I just got home and it's now midnight), I was left feeling like perhaps I've let go of an opportunity to move things in a more romantic direction... I don't know... the settings were right... the time spent, the fun that was had... I really am liking this girl, and she was so pretty today too... *le sigh some more... her hair all wavy, her eyelashes once more decorated, except a nice ocre today, and she always carries a smile that is contagious...

    Bah! I feel like an anime character... and in terms of the romance ones, I think my situation is at about episode 4 of a 26 episoder... or at least that's how I feel... *le sigh one last time... 
  • updated profile 2006-02-18 13:10:49 Well... I suppose it was long enough... I just updated my profile details...

    I've been debating for quite some time whether or not I should put up the particulars of my editing condition. I always sort of thought that the only purpose for such information is for stroking one's e-penis. Also, I felt some secrecy on the tools used helped in building one's mystique (which I suppose is equal anyway to *not* putting up the details)...

    But recently I realised that to have your computer and software specs was good for people interested enough to know how much effort you put (or require to put) in the process of releasing one's videos.

    So there you have it... if you ever thought my videos were Premiere or After Effects made, guess again... or, as it's become easier now, just look at my profile :D

    Another addition to my profile is a summary I guess of my editing style, or what I find appealing in a video. Anyway... 5AM... must sleep... Osaka Festival today!

    Ok, Nina is at number 2 spot for the month, beating Kisanzi's Light Speed Rush! I must hold on to number 1 spot XD

    On a life note... tomorrow is the Osaka Festival! And Sun has decided to go there with me instead of going to a strawberry farm with her cousins... that's gotta make one feel good, right? ^_^ 
  • Journal Hits: 2000 2006-02-17 13:33:19 Well... this is something... didn't think I'd be here to see it at those exact numbers ^_^

    I'm sure the journal royalties out there have about 10 times as much, but I'm just commenting after all in the fact that I see now as such a solid whole number... bah! It's 5:30 in the morning I definitely needed to have been sleeping 3 hours ago.

    Anyway... le sigh... Thanks for those that oped Anime Academy Heroes, they are all appreciated. However, it's become frustrating lately...

    Currently my score stands at 8.95... the lowest score on the top 10% is 9.02... as you can see, it's only 0.07 points away from reaching there. Now if it had been any other video of mine, or if this was getting like 8.00 or less from the start, then I wouldn't have cared all that much anymore. The frustrating thing is that it's so close and yet no cigar :P

    This is nothing against those who have scored Anime Academy Heroes lower than what I would love. In fact, I really appreciate the honesty, and for the better part, these are actually rather good scores. But I guess you can understand though how frustrating being in my situation is going to be :P

    Well... after this, it ain't gonna be 2000 hits no more... I'll update you when my journal hits reach 2222 ^_^ 
  • JJMEP update 2006-02-16 20:51:49 Yosh! It's a pitty the mkv file of Ergo Proxy that I have was encoded in wmv9 and hence I have no facility to handle such encodes (it was a purdy 1280x720 video in surround sound). But, I finally was able to get a raw of it, still at 704x396 resolution so still good.

    I'm just working on getting the best audio first now and I will possibly get started later today...
