Finally I could rest... I think I'll be all emo today and tell you about my day.
First off, woke up at about 10AM... pretty early by my standards considering I slept at 3AM the night before (also pretty early for me). Reason for waking up was for a birthday lunch party.
So I drove up to pick up my friend Jai, and we drove off to the city, rough 50 minutes away from my house. Drove there and parked in Federation Square, one of the only 3 places in the city which I know by heart the area to park in, and I figured it was pretty close anyway, and the the $8 weekend parking rates was not bad. So we parked there.
The party on the other hand was in Fitzroy Gardens (I'm mentioning names not because I'm hoping you'll know them but just so it's easier for me if I were to return to them), which was about 500 metres walk away from the car park. Not bad... till I looked at a map of the park and found the place where we were suppose to be meeting them to be on the other side of the park altogether... this is a big park, so it was easily a kilometre if not more to get there. Anyway evetually we managed upon the party without too much hassle.
It was a tea party of sorts, so simple sandwiches and drinks (though there were tonnes of it), however the theme was like an Alice in Wonderland tea party, so gothic/lolita dresses, top hats and tuxedos were worn (I didn't particularly dress up because (a) I didn't have anything suitable and (b) I didn't want to walk around the city dressed like that XD). For most of the day I was pretty much just standing, walking, chatting... yeah, so for the next 4 hours or so that was what happened... good day, despite the cloud cover.
Then there was the print club at about 5:30... another freaking long walk back into the heart of the city. When we got there, Jai and I decided that we'd just go hunt for food somewhere (something warm). Found it and just as we came back to the print club after eating, we went started to walk back to the car park since the rest of our group were done too...
So now it was up to Mt. Waverly we drove for the other party. Yes, another party... same group of friends, but two people celebrating and deciding not to hold a joint party, even though they are the closest of friends... grrr...
This time it was a house party and this was the first time I've visited their house even though I was quite close friends with the birthday girl. Their house had 3 levels, occupied by otaku of course, and had a pool and a spa... insanely cheap too from what I remember. It was a pretty fun party this one and much more tiring than the tea party which was more subdued. Here, one of our friends sang and played the guitar and it was awesome (made me regret that I missed his concert), a dog that an acquiantance brought in started humping the tea party birthday girl's slippers which happened to look like huskies, and I walked into a girl changing... *pause for a second*... and got my friend embarassed when she was baring her chest and I said, "do you want me to sign your breasts?"
Got home later at about 10PM... I thought, well, it's done... but then I remembered my sister expected me to pick her up from her party too. So I waited. In the meantime my brother wanted to be dropped off to a friend's place and after some begging, I gave in -_-
At about midnight, my sister text messages me on my mobile saying "the roads are really dark and bumpy, be careful, pick us up now." Well, when someone says that, you never really anticipate how bad it could be right until you find yourself lost at midnight, in the middle of the mountains, surrounded by bushland everywhere, no lights and full of fog, the road only one lane, and the address I was given was pointing to a ditch...
Found it eventually with light signals to the sky (sort of :P) and now I got home... I'm dead tired and I think writing about it has gotten me a bit relaxed... So now I'll just collapse on my keyboard.

What is happening to me?
I don't think there's any kryptonite in my room...
Unless...

I've done it! I've done it!
I was able to balance my ops given and opS received!
Wow... 104 ops given... phew... *wipes sweat of brows*
On another note, the place that I just came back from a job interview for told me that they will send me something to work on on Monday, which basically is a test to see if I can do what they are after... I better make it creative, otherwise of course, I ain't gonna be picked for the job... this is exciting!

Time to sleep... my stomach is making weird noises... I have a 4 hours worth of lecture tomorrow on Large Scale Digital Design and Mobile Systems Networks... but I'm going to stay home first and see if I can catch most of RDS Radio...
