Well... see most of us Journal Junkies here have by and by become friends with each other and have generally just asked each other to beta our work with each other (and considering the people who are part of our nice little circle here, the quality of feed back is rather good)...
Umm... who regularly follows your journals? Ask them, maybe? :P

Just copy what they did... simple as that... be creative after you've achieved that XD
