Holy Flirpin Schnitzel!
2006-08-12 12:46:12
I just frame serving working!
And I never knew it was so easy... well, I never really tried before as I didn't have a reason to. But yeah, do you know what this means?
It means I just got around the shackles of Vegas' stupidity... and I could create that HD video I was planning for release in Manifest... yup... *drools at the idea*
Oh, AviSynth... I could kiss you! You are the solution to all the problems!
I will die happy if I can get this video down perfect to the last detail that I envisaged and I'm afraid CyberLink PowerDirector, for which I have used all this time before and which has served me very well, is now no longer fit to fulfill this mission... more to the point, it's more upgraded versions can do it, but my computer can't and since I have a deadline to meet and my finances are still a shambles, I believe I must make do with the tools I have.

The Tub of You
2006-08-06 04:11:12
Ok, so this is what I usually do whenever I go to YouTube to check out of anyone has just put one of my videos up there on their accounts (mind you, I never really gave a crap about it... before). I go in and searc "Infinity Squared" and up till now, I've had 3 of my videos put up there that credited me to it.
Anime Academy Heroes was one of these videos, but that particular upload has since been taken down, though why, I don't know. Anyway, the point is, as far as I could be bothered searching if anyone has ripped off my videos, there only existed two videos that were up which were mine.
However, just today one of my old acquaintances in the Anime Academy forums messaged me after a long time, informing me that she was finally able to see my video on YouTube, after which of course I immediately went to YouTube and typed in "Anime Academy Heroes" and lo and behold, there are now 3 copies of it up there.
I checked each one out, all of them complete with my studio intro and credits section so I wasn't displeased. Quality was shit, but that's standard with YouTube.
What irked me something nasty though was the last one which I viewed. It freaking had a DivX logo on it...

Damn! Stupid noobs... This has been the first time I've had any reason to want my video down. Really, this is stupid. I go through all this trouble of showing a bit of professionalism in my works, and they put a bloody DivX logo over it... and it wasn't even on like the downloaded footage part of the AMV, it was from the section was DVD ripped...
Bah!

Beyond the Clouds is choc full of pretty sceneries...
Umm... Ouran High School has that episode with the tea cup boy and girl (that I used in my Nostalgia video) with petals falling slowly on the ground... lots of petals...
That's all I can think of from the top of my head.

2 more projects to go
2006-07-24 05:25:52
Yeah... there's the Aussie MEP and there's the Yuri MEP... two things left to do...
Right after that, I guess it sort of means I am free to work on Anime Academy Heroes 2, but I'm in no rush. After all, I think having a yearly release is enough to at least make it not wear out its novelty.
But anyway, the point I have here is that after these 2 projects, I think I'm possibly having a break from editing. So many things to do, but somehow that also means I can't decide on what to do next. And it's ending up that what I'm producing in the meantime is nowhere near as good as I would have wanted.
Hmm...
