Chaffles seems to be doing better. Her eyes are bright and cheery, and her fur has it's sheen back, but she still hobbles around the cage and seems to have trouble doing regular activities. The water bottle had to be lowered for her, and the food bowl needed to be tipped on it's side. She just couldn't seem to reach either.
I hope she'll be alright. I'm keeping her in solitary confinement until she gets back to full health, then I'm going to put the older rat Painda, in with her. But Nezumi will stay in a cage by herself. I think Nezumi is part of the problem. She's a bitch, she attacks the other rats (or at least that's what my boyfriend says, I've never seen her do it), and she always gets the most food. She's a fat little bitch.
So, we'll see how things go.
Also, I've started work on my next AMV. I'm working on making the clips right now, I have to go through 13 episodes. Also, this is going to be a lip-sync video, which I've never done before, except on a smaller scale. One or two times in Tempus Maiden, the character says, "Yes", but that's the extent that I've done.
So far, I'm up to episode 5, which I think is pretty good, considering I started yesterday.

Well, I've got Chaffles in solitary confinement, with some cloth and whatnot to keep her warm, some bits of meat, scraps of cheese, crackers and a water-bottle that I mixed some vitamins into (don't worry, it's a powder mix that's made for small animal drinking water.)
All I can do is leave her be and hope for the best.
It's so sad. My first rat died in my arms. I tried feeding her and giving her water and holding her close, but to no avail. She was really old by that time, though. She was about 5, and a normal rat lifespan is about 2-3 years.
Chaffles is so young, though. So little. Poor baby. I don't know what could've happened. She was running on her wheel yesterday, looking perky and fine.
C'est la vie, non?

I feel awful. One of my rats is dying. The runt, Chaffles. The poor baby. She can't even hold herself upright, so I'm holding her in my arms, wrapped in a towel, feeding her milk from an eye dropper and bits of meat. The poor liitle thing. Her eyes are half-closed and I have to nudge her awake to eat.
I don't think she's gonna make it.

It seems that suddenly everyone has jumped on the 'comment on Sammy's journal' bandwagon.
That wagon only has two wheels busted off the same side, so guess what? It can only go in circles. Slow, painful, agonizing circles.
But here I am, on it!
However, I must say that when I read someone's entry that said that Sammy's journal was "Biblic" I have to wonder what Bible it is that they read.....I doubt it was the King James Edition...probably not the New World Translation either...OH! It must be the New Living Translation! Not that either? Hm. Then I'm stumped.

Well, apparently, my Beyond the Clouds video is.....not so great. The song doesn't do it justice. But...
I did find another song that I may adapt to suit my needs.
Let's just say...it's absolutely beautiful.
I think perhaps I'll ACTUALLY work hard on this one. I usually just half-ass it cuz I get too excited and I want to upload it NOW NOW NOW!
So...I'm wait....edit some...bide my time....
