Well, my brother is ok (minor injuries), but I just went through a big ordeal of trying to find a way to get $250 to him, to get his car out of the impound lot, calling all kinds of people, making arrangements, calling in to my job to tell them I can't come in...when what does he do?

Suddenly it dawns on him to call his insurance company. He told me that they didn't cover it, but I guess he had doubts after he told me that. Guess what? They do.

Not only that, but they were already there. And he didn't think to call me. To let me know to cancel the many arrangements I had made. I find out only because I called him to let him know that I was on my way.

"Uh...my insurance is covering it. You don't need to come anymore."

I am so killing everyone I see today.
  • 2005-08-09 17:00:03 Could this day get any worse?

I just got a phone call that my older brother was in a serious car accident. That's all anyone knows right now...so I'll be at work all night and I won't know if he's injured or okay or what.

    *sigh*
  • 2005-08-08 15:17:21 Well, I went and got my hair all choppped off. It was down to my ass, and a real bitch to brush, it was so goddamn thick. It doesn't take me long to grow it out, so I just threw caution to the wind.

Also, I dyed it red. Not Irish red, mind you. Fire engine red. Blood red. Gonna-rape-you-with-my-eyes red.

I took a picture, and it was in the dark (I didn't want to wake the significant other):

  • 2005-08-05 03:44:00 Goddamn. I had to trick my roommate into cleaning his room. I told him that the management came down to do some repairs, and that they saw his room and said it had to be cleaned in a week or we're evicted. Bastard still only half-assed cleaned it.

But here's the thing, he bought the pieces for a new comp (he busted his old one, I'm assuming he tried to have sex with it one too many times) and he didn't know how to build it.

But my boyfriend does. And they are friends, so my boyfriend agreed to build it.

I told him no. Not until my roommate cleaned his room.

When I got home it was spic-and-span and he was eagerly awaiting my inspection.

Some people need their computers too much.
  • To Tune Mizu 2005-07-28 10:52:37 I had my car towed yesterday. And the guy told me that if I could pay him $100 he wouldn't tow it, I asked him to wait for a second and I'd go get it (which he agreed to), went into the house, and he was gone when I came back. I went to get it today from the impound and it cost me $288.

    Ass.
