Today marks the two year anniversary since the collapse of the Aggie Bonfire in 99 that killed 12 people. Please remember these students today, as many of them were near and dear to my heart. Thank You.

I saw Harry Potter last nite. Loved it! The movie was quite long (11:15p-2:00a) and I'm so glad that they did that. No editting. No skipping the first few chapters. It was all there. If you haven't seen this movie or even read this book series i highly recommend it. If anything, the cute baby dragon will make you love it. -_^ He's adorable. Don't be turned off by the reference of "children's book". Remember that half the nation's "holier-than-thou" parents want to ban the books from schools cause they think it's a bad influence. know why? well there is magic in it. and WORSE, it's children LEARNING it and ENJOYING it. Oh no!!! *insert sarcastic laughter here* But seriously, this book has a little grown up feel to it with classic phrases like "back in MY day detention meant we hung you by your thumbs in the dungeon. god i miss the screams."
Just see it. It'll be worth the five bucks. ^o^ -

My mom should be coming back from Chicago Today or tommorrow. I've been worried sick. I'm always like that. ^_^ I've been glued to CNN here for a coupla days. I gotta stop doing that.
I did get out and see a few movies and even rented Shrek, finally. I'm really looking forward to the Harry Potter movie and though it's classified as a "children's" book, i really like it. I've read cheesy fantasy novels and this isn't one. btw, if you haven't read the series, please do. It's actually really good. probably a few of the only books i want to raise my kids with. No Veggie Tales crap in my house! (no offense to anyone to likes that stuff.)
Anyhow, I wish there were some way i could just hug everyone in NY right now. Even tough people have soft spots and human hearts... I may live in Texas by name, but I'm an American first.
Last note: if you haven't seen the new episode ofSouth Park yet, the one w/ bin laden, you should. It was actually a great episode. Made very good points and still managed to be as funny as usual. ^_^

What luck, I was off both Friday and Sunday of this weekend. Cool... more quality time with Devil may Cry...and DANTE. *drool*

well, i only have 5 more goals to reach in Tony Hawk 3. But I can't function anymore. My hands are useless. I've just resorted to yelling profanities at the TV. It doesn't help. -_^ Eh... guess i need a break. Time for nachos!.
