Hunger, boxes and Lain oh my.

First off, my Neon Genesis Evangelion Perfect Collection Box with Remastered Disc 1 finally shipped, and I should be getting it tomorow! Sooo happy! When I first ordered it, I didn't get any email or anything for it, so I thought they lost my order or something, but I just got a message that it shipped! :) Second off, I have been trying to expand my anime horizons lately, and the two I am getting into now are Trigun and Serial Experiments: Lain. Trigun is good, but sometimes it's a little too goofy for my tastes. I prefer the more serious anime. Lain I think is pretty good, but I kinda started in the middle of the series. I rent DVD's off the internet and the place I am on (www.netflix.com) had all the discs but the first, so I have been watching the second one for the last couple of days. Not too shabby in my opinon. :)
StarKissdMoon: Sorry to hear that you think that there are no good guys out there for you, but don't despair. I'm sure you will find someone. As far as anime buddies go, Enigma2k and I are always up for a road trip to go meet more anime people. Espeically ones of the female persuasion. :) It is so hard to find girls who are into computers and anime, especially up where we are. Honestly, I kinda wish my girlfriend were more like you, into computers and just wanting to sit down and watch anime and stuff, instead of always wanting to "do things" and go "outside". I just hope she never reads this. :) - Have no fear, I is here. 2002-05-04 15:58:05 I have returned to my humble abode after a long night of hanging out with Enigma2k, including a premiere viewing of the newest comic-book-based movie, Spider-Man. I must say though, that it is an utterly amazing movie. I'm sure you will hear much more from Enigma2k in his journal. We also remastered 2 of our videos for a smaller file size, shaving off over 20 megs from each. But, as of now I am utterly exhausted from getting too little sleep and driving way too much.
- "Honestly people!" and other true stories. 2002-05-02 22:36:00 What is it with people giving up lately? Digital_Sakura is talking about it now. I just don't get it. I make AMV's with Enigma2K for fun. I honestly don't care what people think of them. If they like them, great. If not, I'm not gonna give up because of it. In other news, our site traffic is still up, last time I checked it was about 40 which is still a bit above normal. Now if people would keep coming back.... of course I say that every time. :) Gonna go see Spider-Man tomorow! And hopefully remaster my vids into Divx format so they take up less bandwidth. Hmmmm, found out our site is linked to by a couple other sites, that is pretty cool. Been playing Final Fantasy 9 for the last couple of days, for the second time ever. I am gonna try to get all the best weapons and stuff that I can this time, I know I missed a lot the first time I played it.
